Szép rendezett , udvarias személyzet.
Pros:

Szép tiszta rendezett szoba 3 főnek is nagyon kényelmes volt.Nagyon figyelmed személyzet, minden kérést azonnal teljesítettek.

Cons:

Ilyen nem volt.

Pros:

Hotel very close to aqoupolis, big and clean room, very good food.

Cons:

Part of the thermal pools were closed and there was no information at the booking moment. (We made the booking same same) We were 20 minutes before checked in and even they processed with all formalities they didnt want to give a give, after 2pm we also needed to wait for another almost 30 minute's. They gave us a room without balcony even we booked with balcony. No change in the price.

Nagyon kedves személyzet! Finom ételek, kedves kiszolgálás. A fürdő is fantasztikus!
Sok keresgélés után esett rá a választásunk, de egy percig sem bántuk meg! :)

Szívesen ajánlom másoknak is, s remélem még egyszer vissza tudok menni ebbe a szállodába.
Pros:

Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak velünk a személyzet tagjai. A tisztaság kíváló és az ennivaló nagyon ízletes volt.

Cons:

A pótágy sajnos èdesanyámnak nem volt annyira kènyelmes.

Pros:

Az ételek isteniek voltak, mind a reggeli mind a vacsora.
Szoba tisztasága is tökéletes volt.

Cons:

A szobában nem működött megfelelően a klíma, így elég meleg volt ott, ez lett jelezve a recepción, de a probléma nem lett megoldva.

Pros:

Het zwembad naast het hotel was top. Het betaalsysteem in samenwerking met het hotel was erg handig.
Het ontbijt en het avondeten waren fantastisch, alles netjes verzorgd.

Cons:

Onze kamer kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.
Douche was aan vervanging toe. Kamer en balkon aanzienlijk kleiner dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Er werd wel direct gereageerd toen we melding maakte van een verstopte doucheput.
