Pros:

Room was only on 2nd floor with limited view of harbour - last visit higher up and with better harbour views - but clean

Excellent, clean and lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating especially during a busy period and went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were clean and tidy and always stocked up with the necessities.

Room service was great and also prompt.

Cons:

Air-conditioning could have been better.

It was suitable but won't be returning.
Cons:

Arrived Monday night, no housekeeping services for Tuesday, had to go to reception to ask for dry towels.
Wednesday had housekeeping services but still had to go to reception to ask for 1 towel as only 1 dry towel in bathroom and took the rubbish that was left on the sink, to the bin outside the gym.
Thursday no housekeeping services, so had to go to reception again to ask for dry towels.
Yes we left the room late ((11.30 am) for a family lunch and returned 5.30 pm. to discover that housekeeping had left for the day.
