No entertainment within the facility, would've been lovely to watch a live entertainer inside the premises, we would've stayed by the resturant & bar and enjoyed the entire atmosphere with staffs and guest along with a great live musical entertainer.

We really enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and our room was clean and the view from our room was the best we can't wait to go back.☺️
The view was beautiful
The cost for the amount of money put in the first floor. Limited view. It’s run down and old. Was supposed to include breakfast but I was charged for it. Staff in the kitchen were slow and rude this is a common trend for Mackay customer service is non existent in the region. Very disappointing to say the least.
The location
No hot water for our whole stay, we’re not allowed to open the balcony door to allow the fresh ocean air in because of humidity and it created serious moisture build up on all the tiles, which became very unsafe to walk on. The grout and the silicon in the bathroom were dirty and mouldy. The bar near the pool was never opened to relax and have a drink near the pool. The phone in the room did not work at all, there was no dial tone and we had to call from our mobiles.
