Comfortable, relaxing and would stay there if in the area again 🙂
Pros:

The serving staff in the restaurant were wonderful and so kind. We enjoyed the person working the Sunday morning breakfast on 2/22/2026.

Cons:

The decorating in the main concourse and bar/dining area was very nice.

Love the place just hoped they would have accommodated better would’ve came back to spend the same money again.
Pros:

Property was beautiful in a good location near everything

Cons:

Water jet was not working workers would not accommodate and fix also when I stated bookings photos and descriptions of our room were different than what we have they say it’s a third party app it’s there fault and would not inspect our room to see the difference I still feel robbed. 3 employees and they all shrugged me off. Unfortunately I spent almost a grand In the rooms for the 3 days 2 nights bar inside and convenience store. Room service only cleaned the first day after arrival then not touched again.

The bathtub did not drain so we had to shower in a pool of water, not pleasant

No free continental breakfast, for the price of the room and how outdated rooms are. Definitely should provide guests with free breakfast

Pros:

View was nice. Two hot tubs were very nice. Location was nice. Split room was lovely for sharing a room with a child. Having a bar present and a pool makes for a relaxing trip.

Cons:

Staff were a little standoffish and judgy toward my toddler running around... Being a toddler. They saw me grabbing him and addressing the situation so there really wasn't any need for the stink eye!
