Para descansar y relajarse.
Pros:

La alberca perfecta para relajarse. El personal sumamente amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Cons:

Se encuentra ubicado en una zona donde no hay tiendas, fondas o restaurantes cercanos y la boutique está muy limitada. La comida de la alberca más o menos, solo para no quedarte con hambre.

Pros:

Piscina, restaurante.

En general las instalaciones muy agradables.

Cons:

1. En mi caso, preferiría una habitación con vista a la piscina.
2. La pantalla del cuarto, estaría bien que la pusieran en un soporte y no encima del tocador de la habitación.
3. Como generalidad, los camastros no me gustaron, ni que la comunicación interna del hotel es complicada, es decir, me comuniqué vía whatsApp para pedir algo a la habitación y nunca llegó, luego me dijeron que me comunicara al restaurante (con otro número de WA) y tampoco! No sé si sea más efectivo por el sistema de extensiones.

Que no se respeto la comodidad de los huéspedes, ya que se pidió en varias ocasiones que la habitación contigua bajara el volumen de su música en horas mul altas de la noche, lo cual no se tuvo respuesta para ello, evitando un buen descanso

El personal que labora en el hotel muy amable, pero las habitaciones y los baños muy viejos.
Pros:

El jardín agradable, el personal en general muy amable, la comida buena, pero la habitación, limpia pero muy antigua, no se si porque contratamos con booking nos dieron las habitaciones mas antiguas, porque las habitaciones que se contrataron directamente con el hotel estaban mucho mejor, por lo menos los baños estaban remodelados y de mejor presentación!!!

Las habitaciones, el baño muy viejo, y en mal estado.

Pros:

Por lo que pague en la tarifa decia que tenía desayunos incluidos y pr eso acepté un incremento de trafica pero al llegar al hotel me dejeron que no estaba incluído. La tarifa si desayunosera de 1300 más impuestos y acepté pagar 1,700 y cuando llego no staba inlcuido. Me gustaria una explicación.
