Pros:

It’s a beautiful property. The pool area was really nice and our apartment was incredibly spacious. Bed was really nice and comfy and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Outdated furniture and there was a really strong smell in our apartment that wasn’t nice. The shower also needed some TLC.

There are lots of good points to this hotel, but the Henry Tudor building is not great.
Pros:

I stayed in a hotel room at Elmer's Court the previous week, and found it very comfortable, especially enjoying the excellent shower at the end of a long day, but I wanted to bring some of my own food and as the hotel room didn't have a fridge I tried a room with kitchenette instead. The comparison was really disappointing. However the good points were that there is lots of space and I was able to make my own food, and it was quiet.

Cons:

The cold water mains pressure was too low although the hot water was ok, so to get a warm temperature, not scalding, the hot water tap had to be turned down, and the result was just a trickle. The fridge froze my food, so I had throw some of the salads. The block, Henry Tudor, is the most unattractive building on the site, and in comparison to the up to date furnishings and function of the hotel rooms, this was really disappointing. I would have asked to be transferred to a hotel room, except that I had brought food for the stay and didn't want it to all go to waste. The leisure centre facilities were good, but even more than the previous week the changing room floors were grubby by the evening and really needed more regular hosing down. (The apartment itself was perfectly clean though). The steam room, out of use the week before, was still not up and running. It was not a fun experience, and I would avoid the Henry Tudor rooms if I were to stay here again.

Lovely for a mini break with heated pool fand sauna family friendly
Pros:

Lovely tudor appearance- grand entrance. Allocated parking space. Room to lock bikes. Lovely heated pool and sauna. Beautiful views to water at end if lawn. Spacious self catering apartment.

Cons:

Steam room out of order. Self catering property very dated in decor and smelled musty.

Very tranquil and set in a lovely spot.
Pros:

Have stayed at Elmers Court over the last 40years and just find it lovely and peaceful with excellent facilities.

Cons:

The cottage was lovely even though it was mid October I had my evening meal on the patio. But it was the uncomfortable bed that let it down on this last accession.

Very enjoyable indeed.
Pros:

Location beautiful. Apartment has wonderful views and a spacious patio with furniture. Kitchen and bedroom furnishings appeared to be new. Convenient parking outside apartment. Plenty of flexible heating

Was an ok stay but think we could find nicer accommodation for the money.
Pros:

Nice and spacious. Clean bedding and extra provided for the sofa bed

Cons:

Quite dated and balcony needs some tlc. Was very hot inside the property and no air con option or fan provided. Phone wouldn’t work to contact reception so tried several times to call but couldn’t get through. Ended up having to email to speak with someone.
