Pros:

Cons:

Worst checkin experience
Pros:

Location was good as good proximity to office and rail station

Cons:

No staff present at time of check-in. I had to wait outside ringing the bell at porch area and stay outside in the rain and wind. Only after a while came the staff to open the locked door of the hotel. It was a very bad experience to check in, especially when you are tired and the reception takes 30mins to attend saying the computer and system are not working. I will not recommend anytime to stay in this NH hotel group.
