Prima overnachting
Pros:

Locatie is super, voor als je in Den Haag wilt overnachten.
De kamer is ook zeer goed.
Ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid, met genoeg tafels/plekken in die ruimte.

Cons:

Het toilet in mijn kamer was defect (kon niet doorspoelen).

Ik arriveerde om 22:30, parkeerde in de parkeergarage (kelder), wilde naar binnen bij de deur waar "ingang NH hotel" stond, maar er kwam geen reactie op de intercom (3x gebeld). Ik had geluk dat er iemand naar buiten ging, waardoor ik toch naar binnen kon. Bij de receptie zat niemand, maar ik hoorde stemmen en liep daarom maar de naar ruimte achter de receptie en daar zaten een paar collega's gezellig te kletsen, zonder dat ze mij hadden opgemerkt.

Ik begrijp dat "vraag & aanbod" de prijs bepaalt en dat een dergelijke locatie in Den Haag gewild is, maar naar mijn gevoel is de prijs aan de hoge kant.

Top hotel, super locatie.
Pros:

Top hotel. Verrast op mn verjaardag met een kaart en lekkers. Eten is heerlijk. Personeel heel vriendelijk. En de kamer was super de luxe.

Prima voor zakelijk verblijf
Pros:

Prima hotel voor zakelijke overnachting op een centrale plek en goed bereikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel bij de front desk en ruime keuze bij ontbijt.

Cons:

De wastafel in de badkamer liep niet goed leeg en afsluitdop was niet in te stellen. Daarnaast een fiets gehuurd maar die behoefde wel enig onderhoud (zadel bleef niet zitten, achterlicht deed het niet en achterband was zacht).

It was a nice staying with Friendly and helpful personeel
Pros:

It was nice staying in the hotel, the gasthoses where helpful and also the cleaners the location was top with a nice view over the city of The Hague, so i can recommedate this hotel for other couples. the metro is nearby of the hotel and so a lot of other things are nearby the train also and a lot of vsitseeghing over here

Cons:

Don't travel with kids. Over price breakfast. Only positive was the fast elavators, so could get you out as fast as possible. No complaints with staff. Over priced for not offering a free gym.
