Pros:

Professional and helpful staff! Nutritious breakfast. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Cons:

We could'nt get paid wifi to work on my mobile but i was refunded for paid wifi. I discovered it was a good period of digital detox without wifi on my phone while on holiday! :-)

Pros:

De nabij gelegen parking in hetzelfde gebouw met veel beschikbare laders voor EV auto's en het feit dat er vlak voor het gebouw een stopplaats is voor een sneltram die je snel naar het centrum van de stad brengt. Het avondeten was ook heel goed.

Cons:

Aangezien de locatie zich een beetje aan de stadsrand bevindt, ga je in de buurt niet veel horeca vinden.

Cons:

Hygiene is van dit hotel heel slecht en waarschijnlijk wordt er ook geen moeite naar gedaan of alles schoon is. We troffen bloed op handdoeken, dekbed en kussens. We hebben wel nieuwe handdoeken en 1 kussen gekregen maar dit zou nooit zo moeten gebeuren en verder kan het hotel niks voor je betekenen wel verwachten dat de gast 150 euro borg betaald vreselijk! Hygiëne is hier ver te zoeken! super jammer want de receptionisten waren erg vriendelijk bij aankomst en hadden we een goede babbel. Jammer dat er niet veel werd gedaan en is er geen herhaling vatbaar

nice stay during non business days.
Pros:

The room is big, and clean, the double door for bath and toilet is an excellent idea. the view was super-nice. The staff is very helpful. Very close to the tram, to a train station. it was very quiet as well.

Cons:

No bathrobes and slippers and not much explanation about the restaurants, room service etc. Nothing serious.

Ontbijt mocht ook meer rekening gehouden worden met bijvoorbeeld zuurdesem brood.
