A little heads up about pool bookings in advance of your arrival:
- Pool space, sunbeds, cabanas and tables around the pool are only for the use of hotel guests like you.
- You can use the pool amenities until 10:30 AM without any reservations.
- We start our reservation system from 11 AM. We have 2 slots available: 11 AM - 3 PM and 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM with minimum spend of 40 EUR for loungers and 80 EUR for cabanas. Loungers are for solo use and cabanas can fit up to 4 people.
- We recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee a place.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Mostly form over substance
Pros:

Very cool design, comfortable beds, everything is aesthetically pleasing and modern. The coffee downstairs was decent and the rooftop bar is beautiful though it gets pretty crowded. Location is fine but not close to anything touristy if you prefer walking (it's fine by car or metro otherwise).

Cons:

The service is not reflective of the price tag. It's not great, not terrible. Small things happened that dampened the experience. For example, despite explicitly asking for our room to be cleaned, it wasn't and when we flagged this to them, they didn't acknowledge or apologize for the lack in service. The staff attitude is overall nonchalant, we had another incident at breakfast where we paid the hefty price only to be told 5 minutes later that they're closing down. In a better place, the host would flag that we're probably too late for breakfast and give us options etc. Someone did come to apologize on this occasion after being quite obviously unhappy.
The pool/sunbed charge that's mentioned in other comments is also true. I get their reasoning but don't agree with it from a guest experience perspective.
