Central location, beautiful 500 year old building, helpful staff, good breakfast, valet parking.
Pros:

Location is fabulous, just off Cortona’s main square. Staff very friendly, and eager to help.

Cons:

Location great and very central, but the main square can be surprisingly lively in the evenings so if you’re noise sensitive, you may want to request a rear facing room.

Most hospitable place I have ever stayed at!
Pros:

The property was well located. The access by car to drop off luggage and to take a trip outside of Cortona was ideal as we were allowed to enter the city to pick up and drop off people in our party. The staff was above and beyond helpful in every way.

Cons:

It was a bit of a faded beauty but the staff especially at the front desk and the breakfast servers we above and beyond!

Pros:

Location was great to go to Cortona for one night .

Cons:

Property is not as depicted in pictures . We have been calling it the old creepy castle. Thank goodness it was just one night . We think because we only stayed one night we did not get the better rooms.

Pros:

Nossa experiência em Cortona foi maravilhosa! A acomodação fica em um prédio antigo, cheio de charme e muito encantador, combinando perfeitamente com a atmosfera da cidade. O quarto era confortável, os funcionários muito atenciosos e o café da manhã excelente. A localização também é ótima, permitindo explorar Cortona com facilidade. Adoramos a estadia!

Lovely Cortona Hotel
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the staff were ready to be of assistance. After checking in I was shown to my room and details were explained. The beautiful furnishings and tapestries reflected the historic background of the building.
The room was spacious and clean, with a generous offering of still and sparkling water in the fridge.
Breakfast was plentiful and well presented and served.

We loved this hotel!
Pros:

We were greeted immediately as we pulled up to the hotel. All staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, large and stocked with everything to meet your needs including water! Breakfast was abundant and met dietary needs. Location of the hotel was perfect for everything-restaurants, sites and shopping. We had a wonderful stay!

Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Der Service beim einchecken war mißerabel. Der Koffer musste von mir eine extrem steile Treppe hinaufgetragen werden. Es gab nur eine Handdusche unter der Dachschraege um zu duschen. Extrem lästig bei einem Preis von 320 Euro die Nacht. Und dann eine verdreckte Terrasse!

I would stay here again.
Pros:

This hotel was lovely. Central, comfortable, clean, with a super-friendly staff and delicious breakfast in a beautiful old building. My only complaint was a lack of hot water in the shower two of the four mornings I stayed at the hotel. Aware of the problem, the staff quickly had the problem fixed.
