Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying at Martinique on Macrossan. Ken and Colin were superb. The apartment and complex were exceptionally clean and had everything we needed.
Ken recommended the different trips that would suit us and was able to book them for us too. Saved a lot of time and effort. Colin helped us throughout our stay and was so welcoming.
I can’t praise them high enough

Beautifully maintained property walking distance to everything - the most stunning beach at the bottom of the road … Such a lovely friendly atmosphere at the resort … will definitely be back !!

Pros:

Incredible stay- really struggle to find any fault at all. Room was spotlessly clean, huge bed and well stocked kitchenette with everything I needed. Pool cleaned every morning a there’s even a bbq to use, ice machine , you name it. 3 mins to beach and 3 mins to shops !! Fantastic hosts who will do everything they can to make sure you have what you need - def use their tour knowledge!!! I hope to come back again…..

Top Lage. Die Macroissan ist DIE Strasse in Port Douglas. Viele Restaurants und Shops. Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Strasse, nahe Strand.
Garagenplätze. Schöner Pool.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tips. Tolle Gastgeber.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Fantastic location and great accommodation in Port Douglas. Walking distance to beach and town centre. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were incredibly helpful with ideas for sightseeing etc. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Plenty of mosquitoes but this is normal in the rainy season.

Great location for a great stay.
Pros:

The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed-kitchen utensils, etc. Shower was great, AC and tv. Location was excellent; close to restaurants and shopping. They really took care in making sure everything was good. Ken is a really nice and helpful guy. He arranged the times of our shuttle and gave us ideas of where to eat.

Wonderful stay and extremely helpful staff.
Pros:

The property was extremely clean and in a very good location.
Ken was wonderful in arranging all of our day tours for us. Everything was organised and ready for our arrival and his communication was excellent. Thank you.
Great free car parking underneath the property.

Cons:

Lugging suitcases up two flights of stairs, this was only minor for us as we are reasonably strong and fit but others may find it challenging should they arrive when reception is closed.

Great location, comfortable, need to work on customer service and laundry facility
Pros:

Great position, room was spacious.

Cons:

Pay coin laundry, should be free. Asked for a late checkout, l would have been happy with an extra 30 minutes or an hour. More concerned with incoming guests than existing. I wasn’t upset about it because they said no, they just didn’t even try to make an effort, l rate that as poor customer service.

Very clean large rooms with kitchenette.
Adults only.
No smoking.
Large bathrooms.
Strong air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom.

Washer and dryer in the garage area.

Just 200m to 4-mile beach.

Ken, the host, is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.
