Wir waren äußerst zufrieden, nur das Fitnessstudio ist extrem rudimentär...

Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento y limpieza en áreas comunes (la pileta no invita a meterse). El desayuno es básico y no tienen flexibilidad para adaptarlo a una opción sin gluten (no por falta de ingredientes sino por falta de voluntad..ej: en lugar de medio waffle con fruta podrían ofrecer plato completo de frutas.....esto los descoloca). Fuera de eso, todo perfecto. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en una zona muy linda!

La qualité de la literie était un peu juste.

Pessimo cafe da manha incluso. Cafe da manha é a la carte. Porem vc so pode pedir uma opcao do cardapio.

The staff didn’t speak any English and it was very hard to understand each other. The rooms took a very long time to get made up for the day and even if you put your make my room they didn’t do it on a few occasions. My room also had connecting rooms on 2 sides but the way it was designed you can hear everything form the other rooms

Saknar uber. Lätt att hitta taxi men dyrt.

Les draps n’étaient pas propre taches et cheveux . J’ai demandé d’autres draps pour refaire le lit .
Mais eux aussi été tachés . Problème avec la Clim quand nous l’avons allumé.

Nous avons choisi un appartement au 2 ème étage et le lave linge était hors service,j ai pu voir que c est pareil a l appartement d a côté car les laves linge sont sur les terrasses du toit et il y a noté hors service.si vous ne faites pas la demande de faire laver votre linge c est pas eu qui voulez propose malgres le lave linge hors service,
Lorsqu il était neuf cet hôtel devait être très beau , malheureusement il n est pas bien entretenu,( matériel de terrasse...)
Lorsque les chambres sont nettoyer le linge de lit et les serviettes traînent par terre dans les allées,je n ai jamais vu ça ailleurs,
En général le personnel est agréable sauf un gars qui est quasiment toujours sur place qui fait sont petits chef et qui a tendance à envoyer bouler les clients ( quand il est au petit déjeuner il veut vous imposer ce qu il veut servir )surtout si vous parlez pas bien espagnol,il ne fera aucun effort et a tendance à s agacer très facilement,ce qui est pas normal dans l hôtellerie .je me demande vraiment comment une personne avec une telle mentalité peut travailler dans l hôtellerie qui est un métier de service.

Manque d entretien. 1 des gars n est pas agréable
Les vélos ne sont pas entretenu, pneus pas forcément gonflés les selles ne peuvent pas être réglés car très rouillé
Les 4 premiers jours il y avait personne au petit déjeuner qui est de 8j à 10h
Un jour je suis descendu de la chambre à 9:50 ce fameux gars me dit que c est terminé pour les petits dej🤣 en me répondant que c est jusqu'à 10h donc je lui ai bien montrer l heure
Ça l a mis dans tout c est état ,il nous a quand même servi mais bien gavé d' avoir à faire une gaufre ( bien sûr sur le menu du pdj)
De toutes façons cette personne était blasé de travailler tout simplement

Litle dirty

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would strongly advise other guests to avoid staying here. The room and the entire property looked nothing like the photos online. The cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard — there were stains on the walls, dirty mirrors and curtains, limescale everywhere, and even the bedding was not clean. We also found insects in the bed, which gave us serious concerns for our health. The whole room felt unhygienic and unsafe, and we did not feel comfortable for even a single moment.

The private pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked this room, was dirty and had moss on the bottom, making it completely unusable. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy and poorly insulated. We could hear every word and even the television from our neighbors, which made it impossible to relax.

The remote controls were either not working, missing batteries, or so greasy and dirty that we did not want to touch them. Overall, the condition of the room and facilities was unacceptable.

We reported all these issues to the hotel directly — both verbally at the front desk and in a written complaint we signed. Despite this, the management is now denying that we ever approached them and is giving false information, which we find highly unprofessional. We have documented everything with photos and are currently in contact with Booking.com because we are seeking a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel has been unwilling to cooperate so far.

This stay completely ruined the start of our vacation, and we had to book another hotel at our own expense. We genuinely believe your money is better spent elsewhere. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
