Important information:

Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

The residence is proudly certified **Green Key (Clef Verte)**, reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.

Rates include accommodations, bed linen, towels, household linen (one dish towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes depending on the accommodations), basic Wi-Fi access allowing up to five devices for browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and administration fees).

Pros:

tres bel emplacement dans la ville, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour visiter a la ville ou aller a la plage.
Parking sous la résidence, payant....dommage.

Pros:

Nous avons très mal dormi constamment dérangé par les voisins. Il faisait trop de bruit. C'était franchement très désagréable, nous ne retournerons pas dans l'établissement

Très difficile de se garer. AUCUNE vue , sur la présentation c est Front de mer il est placé entre de grand batiment avec vue sur une terrasse de l établissement laisser a l abandon . Piscine y a pas alors que sur le site on en vois une avec palmiers . C est quand même De la publicité mensongère. L ascenseur était vraiment sale avec des trace de crachats sur les boutons d étages. L accueil très rude . Il est juste bien placé près du centre.

Хорошее место,прямо возле набережной и пляжа.Есть кухня с множеством посуды и приборов,но кофеварка капельная старинная.

Cons:

Мы были шесть ночей.Дали один тонкий рулон туалетной бумаги,одно мыло и странный сухой шампунь тоже один!Пришлось бумагу просить.За все время не убирали в номере ни разу.На третий день вода стала течь еле теплая.Все время гудела общая вытяжка.
