Appartamento nel cuore di Aix
Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro ed i ristoranti.
Gentilezza dello staff, non riuscendo a soddisfare la nostra richiesta di letti singoli la prima notte ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito per le successive.
Cucina ben attrezzata con un frigorifero di dimensioni standard e lavastoviglie.

Cons:

Parcheggio più adatto ad utilitarie.

Pros:

Appartamento molto bello. Pulitissimo. Bagno grande e funzionale. Piano terra, con spazio esterno riservato con tavolo e sedie. Colazione con buffet ben fornito. Posizione comoda al centro

Η τοποθεσία, ήταν πολύ κοντά στη παλιά πόλη. Η εξυπηρέτηση.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

Kamer indeling niet logisch bv vaste telefoon stond op de grond de deur van de koelkast draait naar de verkeerde kant open. Een locatie/ ruimte om papieren ed op te bergen ontbreekt.

Danke für diese familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel, es war ein toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Prima Frühstücksbuffet. Erstaunlich ruhig trotz Nähe zum Zentrum. Küchenausstattung: alles, was man so benötigt, alles funktionstüchtig und sauber.
Kein Frage: wenn wieder Aix en Provence, dann sicher wieder dieses Hotel. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl hier.

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

Un sejour plaisant
Pros:

Personnel sympathique et accueillant, chambre récemment rénovée et propre, climatisée, localisation idéale près du centre ville.

Cons:

Par contre le balcon n’était pas rénové ni nettoyé. Il y avait une seule chaise et malgré notre demande on a pas eu une deuxième. Il faut prévoir de produits d’hygiène car l’offre d’hotel est limité (on a du demander a la réception le papier toilette). Le parking a une entrée étroite et sinueuse - attention aux rayures.

Very good option in Aix en Provence
Pros:

This hotel is in a very good location and our 1 bed room apartment offered everything we needed.
The staff are friendly. It would have been helpful to explain on check in that there is no daily cleaning service.
