Important information:

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Reception opening hours during the summer season (excluding July and August) are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. In July and August, reception is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. During the winter season, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Please note that the breakfast room is currently closed until further notice.

The price includes accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fees).

Guests also benefit from access to the hammam and/or sauna, available upon reservation at the reception desk.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Literie exceptionnelle. Emplacement parfait

Cons:

Rien n'est organisé pour faciliter le départ (rdv, corbeille de dépose de clés , etc) obligeant a attendre car les hôtesses sont très prises par le téléphone et les réservations.

Cons:

I think for the price washing of everything used in the kitchen and emptying the trash, etc. could have been included in the price. This had to be done otherwise you lose your deposit. Never seen that before.
