Not our cup of tea taste-wise but seems to please foreign tourists from Italy, Germany etc.
Pros:

We appreciated the fact that the area is framed with walls (safe for cars), that the AC worked fine (it was very hot) and that they have solar panels for their electricity. Romeo the cat was pretty cute and the huge bed rather comfy. Our kids have loved the pool, and towels were provided. We have also appreciated the late check out at 2pm, and we were happy to pay for it.

Cons:

Getting there is weird: turn after the jail into a tiny trail with plants on both sides of car. You keep hearing the train, and the vegetation if not well kept. so there are lots of mosquitoes and such. The style is over the top and there is too much going on in the room in terms of decoration - to the extent that it becomes tasteless and a little bit vulgar (think bordel style) We had to walk a lot to get to our room, very very far from everything, with huge luggage and two kids and no help was provided. We found the team to be nicer with foreign tourists than with us French. The guests were mostly from Germany and Italy, and seemed to love the place and find it truly French. But for us French people it was weird. I have found the younger person at the checkout to be not very polite or formal (other older lady at check in was lovely though). The younger team member managed to use “du coup” five times in a very short sentence and was not very professional (slightly vulgar and managed to say that we had to pay for breakfast that we had not taken without apologizing) On the whole the place is acceptable. It could be better. But because it seems to focus on a more international guest body, it does not need to do the efforts that would be needed to fully please us. The bottom line is that to us this hotel lacks simplicity, style and good taste. These qualities are not needed when you are covered with piercings and tattoos, so if this is your case, you will surely enjoy the hotel.

Very charming place with a practical transfer service. Staffs were very kind. Will definitely go back!

Emplacement, parking, du cachet et du charme, gentillesse des hôtes , calme

Cons:

Équipements un peu vétustes, parfois défectueux : prises, réception tv, climatisation (bruyante, impossible à éteindre), douche (débit et fuite), parquet, transats piscine abîmés, serviettes piscines un peu usées . Accent mis sur la déco parfois au détriment du fonctionnel: surcharge de l’espace avec des meubles, peu de place pour les affaires/ valise) . Une nature luxuriante qui prend un peu le dessus : moustiques au petit dej, feuilles et petites bêtes en quantité dans la piscine .

Resortähnliches Hotel, parkartiger Garten, super Auftenthaltsqualität
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wie ein kleines Resort, etwas außerhalb von Arles gelegen. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf mehrere Gebäude und liegen quasi in einem riesigen parkähnlichen Garten, es ist ein super Erlebnis, hier durchzulaufen und immer wieder neue Perspektiven zu entdecken. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, der zum chillen einlädt. Das Frühstück ist toll. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne kleine Anlage, ideal zum Erholen nach einem vollgepackten Kulturtag in Arles. Abends kann man kleine Speisen, die man in der Stadt bzw. auf dem Markt gekauft hat, auf der Terrasse essen – und natürlich seinen eigenen Wein trinken :) Das ist auch zu empfehlen, weil das Hotel keine Abendgastronomie und keinen Barbetrieb anbietet – das ist in diesem Fall ein Vorteil. Unbedingt einen Blick in die Kapelle werfen und wenn es nicht zu heiß ist dort auch verweilen. Tolles museales Herrenhausambiente!

Très belle et surprenante halte
Pros:

L'emplacement près d'Arles, le côté "jungle" du jardin, la décoration mi brocante mi arabisante mi shabby, la décontraction respectueuse des clients, la piscine fabuleuse très à l'abri, la chambre joliment décorée, la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner très fourni et goûteux.

Cons:

Une machine à café dans la chambre aurait été un plus ainsi qu'un miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain.
