Great location and price; staff very friendly and helpful; nice-sized room and quiet

Cons:

The breakfast items were limited. I understand it was night 2 of a very crowded concert in the area, but that is the most limited amount of breakfast items I have ever witnessed in all my hotel stays/travels. Only 1 option for eggs (hard-boiled); no breakfast meats (usually bacon or sausage offered); no potatoes or home fries or some kind of side. We ended up going to a nearby diner

Just ok but won't be back.
Pros:

Check in lady really nice and motel itself was pretty clean.

Cons:

Well seeing there is multiple fees and extra taxes and then add the 23 bucks to park which didn't use parking garage I was surprised instead of room costing maybe 155? Was 215. The area was not good did not feel safe outside at night online pictures does not reflect what it looks like lol.
