Beds comfy, check your cooling unit upon arrival.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

Very hot in the room upon arrival. It was 77° in the room and the A/C unit did not work. I addressed this issue and they sent their maintenance man to the room. Maintenance came up, said it was out of commission. He fumbled around the thing for a minute or so, we heard a beep and he got it working. 30 minutes later…. Then it just stopped. Had to keep pressing the reset button on the wall plug every 20-30 minutes when it turned off. Broken sleep due to this. Had to drive 4.5 hours on less than 6 hours of broken sleep.

Clean, good breakfast, awesome staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good compare to most hotels lately. The staff helping at the breakfast was amazing, very kind, smiley, going the extra mile by offering help by bringing things to your table. I loved that you can go out to walk , though not the best river to look at, still a bonus for a big city. You have many things near by, you can walk to a 7 Eleven.

My son left his handheld game system… after a few days of phone tag it was returned to us

Don’t build a hotel where you can’t accommodate enough parking for a full hotel. And this is also my first hotel that I’

Close to the venue and for the most part clean facilities

Cons:

Not remotely enough parking for the amount of customers you had resulting in parking on the street blocks away. And the bed was rock hard and couldn’t sleep with the train every half hour or so.

Great staff, great service, good parking. It was what I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn.
Pros:

The staff was great! I was impressed that there was a security person on property. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was what I expected.

Cons:

There was a train that passed the hotel frequently, but that wasn't your fault!

Nice location nice view
Pros:

Location is good . i like the sausage and potatoes they are tye best. Room size is big. I like view they let us borrow crib for my 7 month old baby

Cons:

The pool is so dirty and they need more cleaner at night because someone spill drink in the elevator at night and stay there the next day. The refrigerator was so loud it sounds like a motorcycle inside the room .
