Pros:

Parking is around the block.
When I went to leave the parking it wouldn’t accept my ticket to pay.
No worries one young staff member said she would walk over with me and call from ticket machine and clear it all up. I don’t speak French so she was a blessing to make things easy.
Very friendly staff that are very helpful!
Hôtel in great location as near all the sites to walk to.

Breakfast staff was very rude, reception staff were both ever so nice. The whole building was old and the room looked old too. Location was perfect, very close to the centre and not noisy

The carpet in the bedroom appeared filthy with stains and not that clean
That being said, cleaning staff were lovely, bed always beautifull clean as was the bathroom.
Staff were hit and miss. Some pleasant, some couldnt care less.

Pros:

Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As most places is France, you had to use public parking, but the parking was close by and the hotel provides a good discount on the parking.

Reception staff were really helpful, suggested dinner options and booked us a table at a nearby restaurant. Always happy to answer questions. Rooms were a good size and clean, basic breakfast but a great central location with car parking very close.

This is an inner city hotel, so I wasn't expecting the rooms to be large, or even moderately sized. That said, the bathroom is bigger than some I've stayed in. The lift though, is comically small. Certainly not one to use if you're afraid of tight space.

What isn't great though, is the internet speed, which I measured at 0.01mbit. Yes, that slow. I mentioned it at the front desk but it was never fixed during my stay.

The location is fine, it's a few minutes walk from old town. Plus the hotel has a deal with a nearby underground Poste carpark. As is the case in French underground car parks. the bays seem to be have sized around original Fiat 500s and Minis, the cars from the 1950s and 1960s. Modern cars, even modestly sized modern cars are going to have a heck of a job squeezing into bays this tiny.

Stayed for 5 nights. Affordable, easy access to the town and lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available at a reasonable price. The only thing I will say is the walls are thin, but overall it was a lovely stay!

Great place and reasonably priced for Annecy. Absolutely delightful reception staff - they were 20/10. Bed was super comfortable and room
was adequate with brilliant air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Pros:

Cute hotel. Great location. Glad we could refill our water bottles in the hotel. Staff was lovely. Need more usb outlets. Wish the coffee in room was better and cream was offered.

this hotel is very conveniently located near downtown and the bus depot. the balcony was nice as well as the breakfast tat opens early.

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

I guess, you get what you pay for.... the room smelled with mold or something like this, no safe. Not possible to set AC lower than 22C, message comes up ECo - they are eco-friendly. The staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful, no issues there. The breakfast is ok, by US standards - excellent.
