Cons:

Geen gastenhanddoekjes, geen do not disturb sign waardoor er elke dag iemand om 09.00 uur op de deur stond te kloppen. Pas na het vragen kregen we een bordje. Daarnaast hebben wij bij terugkomst een keer de hoteldeur open aangetroffen. Deze was niet goed gesloten door housekeeping. Deur van toilet sloot nauwelijks.

Best place to stay in Kuta
Pros:

The staff! And the hotel overall is new, clean, classy and well maintained. Perfect place to stay. Breakfast was very good as well. Shoutout to the bartender - Mr Fajrin for being an extremely good host.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits zweimal gebucht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Personal war immer unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir haben uns jedes Mal rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Push yourself to the limits when drinking and driving
Pros:

Firstly it was clean, the place was situated in a great position in town, staff super accommodating and the breakfast delicious and fresh definitely coming back

Cons:

The air-con was too small for the room to cool fast, though i travel light and had my personal belongings on me so i left the ac running the whole time key in the slot i never locked my room once

Great facilities throughout, including spacious rooms, a lovely pool area, and friendly staff, but the buffet breakfast
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has two nice swimming pools with a few sun loungers and a pool bar, making it a relaxing place to spend the day. There is also a small gym that, while basic, was perfectly adequate for a workout. The spa offers good massages at very reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also provides its own driver service, which was convenient (payment is cash only).

Cons:

The included breakfast buffet was disappointing. Unfortunately, one of us became ill after eating there, so we chose to have breakfast at nearby cafés for the rest of our stay. Laundry service is available, but it is charged per item and is relatively expensive compared to other options nearby.

Pros:

My regular place to stay when I'm in kuta lombok. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are amazing and delicious. Close to some incredible beaches. Local restaurants and bars are excellent.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, in fase di ampliamento/rinnovamento. Non esiste una reception vera e propria, il check in viene gestito sotto una struttura di legno. Non c'è un vero e proprio deposito bagagli, le valigie sono posizionate di fianco agli addetti. Stanza di buone dimensioni. Belle le due piscine e il centro fitness, anche se non ho avuto il tempo di sfruttarle. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Pavimento sporco. Mobili e infissi già rovinati. Pressione dell'acqua bassa (la stanza era al secondo piano), difficile fare doccia o rinfrescarsi. TV non funzionante. Nelle vicinanze c'è ostello con serata disco, si sente musica alta fino a mezzanotte.

Prima hotel, te duur voor wat je krijgt
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie en mooi zwembad.

Cons:

Prima hotel, maar voor de prijs die we betaalden viel het ons tegen. Kleine dingen, zoals maar 1 handdoek, douche die zorgt dat de hele badkamer nat wordt en bij het huren van de scooter werd vertelt dat de scooter niet verzekerd is en we zelf moeten betalen bij problemen.
