Struttura molto bella e pulita. Posizione molto comoda per poter passeggiare la sera e godersi un drink nei locali .
Comodo anche per arrivare al mare che si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti.
All’interno della struttura ci sono due piscine che sono accessibili a partire dalle ore 06:00 della mattina. Il vero problema è che se vi sono famiglia con figli non proprio educati e fanno chiasso già dalle ore 6:00 della mattina, si rischia di non dormire. Anche noi abbiamo due bambini che però rispettano gli orari del silenzio.
Abbiamo fatto presente al cosa al personale della struttura.

The teabags!😂 jasmine tea is not good! Lipton yellow label breakfast tea are a million times better 👍

La vicinanza al centro di kuta Lombok
Struttura un po’ datata
La colazione abbastanza varia, la piscina pulita e un buon mantenimento delle aree esterne
La struttura è piuttosto umida e, nonostante la cortesia formale del personale, il servizio ci è sembrato poco attento. Nella nostra camera c’era una perdita dal rubinetto, segnalata più volte ma mai risolta. Inoltre, in diverse occasioni sono stati dimenticati gli asciugamani da doccia. Una volta hanno dimenticato in camera il deodorante ambientale e, un’altra ancora, addirittura il passepartout.
Anche la gestione degli asciugamani della piscina è risultata eccessivamente macchinosa, con interminabili spiegazioni ogni volta sulla modalità di utilizzo e restituzione.
Infine, avendo il check-in piuttosto tardi, ho fatto un massaggio durante l’attesa e chiesto di addebitarlo in camera. Dopo appena dieci minuti sono venuti a cercarmi in piscina per chiedermi il pagamento immediato.
Nel complesso, troppe piccole disattenzioni per un hotel dichiarato 4 stelle. Ci aspettavamo un servizio decisamente più efficiente e all’altezza della categoria.
The location that was perfect (next to the beach and the animated part by night but with absolutely no noise when you’re in the hotel). The view of our rooms was beautiful (5526/5528). The rooms were modern and with enough equipments. The 2 pools were great (one adapted to the kids). The breakfast was also a really good surprise with a lot of options from local to more western typical breakfast. And as usual in Indonesia, the staff was really kind and welcoming.
Unfortunately there is no family room so we had to
book 2 rooms and, due to high season, they were not connected.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Sima ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, en plein centre-ville. On ne peut pas faire mieux pour être au cœur de la ville et pouvoir se déplacer facilement. J’ai beaucoup apprécié passer du temps dans cet hôtel. Mention spéciale également pour le personnel, d’une très grande gentillesse et toujours très accueillant. Une adresse que je recommande vivement si vous cherchez à être au centre de Kuta!
We had a room over looking the garden and pool at the back which was just gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic time .
