Unexplained, unfair treatment
Pros:

I like the location, the rooms, and the prices.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I didn't like how the people at the reception was very standoffish and one receptionist was unwilling to give me the room I reserved. I reserved a room for disabled people and she gave me a regular room... up stair, and when I made her aware of my actual reservation, she told me coldly that there were no disabled room ready and as she went to checked to see if there were one available, she proceeded to tell me that she wishes that I told him before he left ( another receptionist). I asked her does it not show in the pc what I reserved for and she said hesitantly, no. And i then proceeded to make her aware that I need a disability room, for it's grip bars because of the fact that I'm disabled.i even have a disabled parking permit hanging in my car. So, after her seemly long search, she ended up giving me a disability room, which also prove she was being dishonest and also rude with me, for whatever reason, I do not know. I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I don't parky... I was probably the most quietest person there , but I get treated unfairly, for whatever reason. I've stay there many nights before bc I do like the location, the rooms, and the prices and so, that wasn't the first time I was treated unfairly. And I would like to also add that they have none English speaking house keepers with very bad attitudes.

I had a good night sleep, that was I was there for, so I was very satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

Loved the property, only thing the TV didn’t work but it was okay. Didn’t miss it.

Cons:

I felt invaded of my privacy by all the cameras on the property but again it was okay I felt safe.

Pros:

Location. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Beds comfy with support

Cons:

Older and could be upgraded. Other guest can often be noisy very late at night or very early in the morning.

Very clean other than plumbing issues.

Water came up through the tub and left black charcoal looking stuff in the tub.!
