Lovely management, very friendly and welcoming.
Very clean, comfortable beds. Sauna, spa & pool is awesome. Didn’t use the gym but the option is there. Child friendly and gave colouring in upon check in, such a nice welcome.
The pool was a little cold, it’s still heated but we found the temp slightly colder. The spa was nice to warm up again.
Room was spacious and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. Staff generously accommodated our car for valet despite coming in a bit late in the day. It's a short walk from good restaurants and Lambton Quay.
Breakfast was underwhelming specially for a family with young kids. Not much selection for little ones.
Toothbrush was not readily available in the room and needed to be requested from housekeeping.
