Hotel central location for railway station shops and restuarants room quiet from outside noise but did have park view at back of hotel

Room had no opening window only stuffy noisy air conditioning, Only stayed 1 night no breakfast.

Clean modern hotel. Coverage staff were not helpful to my wife.
Pros:

The room was clean and modern.

Cons:

The staff failed to offer my wife any assistance while she struggled to move our luggage from our car into the lobby, while I was checking in at the hotel reception. While I parked the car after checking in, I thought the staff were going to help my wife move our luggage to our room. Disappointingly, they did not.

It was a pleasure to have 7 days at 'The Bolton', Wellington. We enjoyed every minute.
Pros:

We had a great view overlooking the park. It was very comfortable. Being able to use the in-room washing machine was a bonus, as we like to do washing as we go. We enjoyed the in-house dining, which we used twice, once for a meal and a second time for a platter and wine. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive without being intrusive.

Cons:

I can't think of anything.
