Staycation for my boys 7th birthday, despite the pool being out of action we still had a blast. Nothing a surpise desser
Pros:

Everything went smooth. Great customer service. Good location, lots of stuff close by in walking distance. We had a 2 bedroom suite, perfect for us.
Staff were friendly and when i said we were there for my sons 7th birthday and he was looking forward to the pool, we were quite sad to see it was closed. The staff then organised a surprise dessert and card wishing him a happy birthday. He was very happy with that. We ended up having a great time and got out explored the City instead.

Cons:

One of the bedrooms was slightly cold. Could hear noises from above, people walking around, creaking.
The only other downside was the pool being closed as that was one of our main reasons for booking :(

Close to a countless number of coffee shops and not to far from the Harbour.

Die vom Hotel Management nach Auftreten eines technischen Problems umgehend eingeleiteten Maßnahmen, damit die davon unmittelbar betroffenen Hotelgäste möglichst weitgehend verschont geblieben sind

Cons:

Letztlich hat erfreulicherweise der Einsatz und die Freundlichkeit des Personals bei der Problemlösung bzw. beim Check-Out das genaue Gegenteil beim Check-in bei weitem übertroffen!

It was ideal location, and the free walk guides helped to maximise the location.
Pros:

Location, view, pool, spa, sauna, kitchenette. Art of Rita Angus in the corridors. The free guides for walking were great. Tablet compendium better than paper.

Cons:

The car parking was a bit of a mess on arrival but we got there.
