Pros:

Good size room with everything you would need - comfy bed, work desk etc. So easy to walk out to restaurants/cafés.

Cons:

Shower leaked a bit around the door.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, quiet and relatively spacious room, varied room service menu. Comfy bed. Always use pool spa and saina here the faciluties are great. Central location in central city 2 minute walk from Parliament. Smooth chevk in / quick check out. Thank you, will stay again

Cons:

Normally nothing to say here - staff at the Bolton are fantastic. However, thd facilities are getting just a bit tired ... e.g. the spa jets were broken, in the room - hooks on doors were wiggling loose, ironing board cover needed replacibg, a piece of the shower handle chrome came off in my hand - had to fish it out of the plug!! Also - you pay a deposit at the Bolton baded on your stay, fine. But then they insisted on bringing an eftpos machine into the room to patly for room service - just seemed a bit like systems were not working as they should.

Location was ideal and beds very comfy in spacious room.
Pros:

Location was very central to Lambton Quay and walking distance to Wharf area and markets. Room was quite spacious. We didn't eat breakfast, but had light meals and a High Tea for a 70th - very delicious.

The Bolton is exceptional value for money providing a luxurious stay.
Pros:

Room size and comfort is fantastic. Lovely shower and nice toiletries provided .Beautifully comfortable bed and pillows . Location very quiet .
