I stayed 6 nights in a 2brm apartment, the first night there was very loud creaking and banging from the corner of the master bedroom, the concierge came up the next evening and verified this was loud and said it was the building creaking in the wind! He said a lot of people complain about it. He offered me a move up 6 levels or down 1 in the same part of the building but I couldn’t see how that would help and he wouldn’t move me to two single rooms.
I stayed and no staff member checked with me again.
On check out they had charged me for minibar items I didn’t have and then quibbled about it via email back and forth - if you’re paying over $3k they shouldn’t charge for bottled water or nuts that I didn’t have.
Really good layout in the two bedroom apartment for two couples travelling together. Nice lounge area to relax. Perfect location to enjoy central Wellington, especially for events at the Stadium.
We loved our stay at the bolton! They were so friendly and accommodating, especially when I misplaced my credit card! The only part I didnt like was that we had to check out and go home haha. The room size as well was fantastic!
The only thing was no opening windows for fresh air. But otherwise, absolutely beautiful stay.
Luckily we had wallet parking otherwise we have to park on street which is not safe.
Staff was perfect and the rooms were prefect size and cleanness was good.
Parking you guys need to sort. If i come back and if not parking I would be trying somewhere else but if there is well n good.

It was so noisy and creaky in the wind it sounded like some one was tapping/banging on the window all night so we hardly got any sleep

The room was incredibly noisy, the whole thing creaked and made it hard to sleep at night.
Superbe emplacement plein centre, proche départ des ferries, appartement 2ch très spacieux et confortable. Pdj varié et de qualité. Prendre le service parking si on a un véhicule.

A la carte breakfast is well price and comparative to the surrounding cafes. the scrambled eggs where excellent.
There could be a few more kitchen items, bowls for the microwave, a colander or steamer for example.
