Hôtel Oceania Nantes Aéroport

After arriving completely exhausted from a red-eye flight, manager Pedram truly came to the rescue. He was unbelievably accommodating and kind, providing exceptional customer service and making me feel genuinely welcome. Because of him, I was able to rest comfortably with no worries at all.

The next morning, Stephanie prepared an amazing breakfast that absolutely hit the spot. I highly recommend this location—Pedram and his entire staff went above and beyond. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

It is from the very first second that the brilliant staff and receptionists made us feel special: loving, welcoming, warm, and helpful, they magicked our fatigue away within seconds. The rooms were tasteful and perfectly equipped; beds comfortable and large; the cuisine was nothing short of exquisite, and the sommeliers truly impressed us with their knowledge of wines (and we are NOT very easily impressed). And, of course, the lovely swimming pool next to the outdoor part of the hotel restaurant certainly was a wonderful addition, especially amidst a cruel heat wave that hit Europe in mid August this year. In short: a perfect place for a weary traveler who wishes to relax before -- or after -- a long flight in an atmosphere that soothes agitated nerves. Perfection.

Overpriced for the Quality Offered
This hotel charges a premium, but unfortunately, the experience doesn’t match the price. The cleanliness was below expectations — I even noticed insects crawling around the room, which was quite off-putting.

Additionally, there were no charging sockets near the bed, which is a basic convenience most travelers expect. Overall, for the price paid, the hotel felt quite average and lacked attention to detail. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great location, really close to the airport – that’s the main plus.
On the downside: the place feels outdated and could use a serious refresh. Service wasn’t great either – had to keep chasing them for an invoice. For the price, I expected more.
Overall, not the best stay – only worth it if you need to be near the airport.

The hotel is clean, offers good service, has a good restaurant, bar and an incredibly good location at walking distance to the Nantes airport.

Only stayed one night to catch an early flight. Restaurant is closed on weekends. Had to eat at airport. Walking distance to airport. Looked safe but good idea to walk in groups. Shower was awesome compared to other European bathrooms.
