Great location and the lobby was nice.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was mediocre. Mistakes can happen, and we understand that no hotel operates perfectly. However, the way those mistakes are handled says everything about standards en morals.

Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward situation was made considerably worse by Ashley. Rather than approaching the situation with professionalism, courtesy, or even a basic level of understanding, she responded to us in an rude and disrespectful manner, despite the issue being the result of a mistake made by the hotel itself.

The in house restaurant had good service but the quality of the food at dinner did not match the cost. I would not dine there again if I stayed at the hotel.

Pros:

excellent location, great value for money. Appreciated the lobby coffee station.

Cons:

only negative, an that is my issue, with the included breakfast menu, every item offered included eggs. Persoanlly I don't like eggs. The staff were accomodating and modified the order, so no issue really
