Classy, Location and Value Combined
Pros:

Location, appeared quite classy. Good breakfast, fast check-in, friendly staff and valets.

Cons:

The room smelled a bit like smoke or something stale. Need to vacuum under the bed, maybe change the air filter? Otherwise quite clean 👍

Great stay in the big city!

Cons:

*Every night you stay at the property you pay a $50 deposit on your card additional. We paid $150 on top of the room fee. We’ve only just received that money back after 1 month.

Comfortable and amenable.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel itself. The location is central and well-connected, but there is an issue with parking in local garages out of necessity that can be quite expensive. If you are planning a stay of a number of nights and are driving, be prepared to pay around $30 a day.

Cons:

Nothing to criticise.

Pros:

Inexpensive end and downtown Houston. Bed was ok, and Nespresso machine.

Cons:

Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, had staff interrupt me three times in the morning as I was sleeping/working. Two housekeepers and one random construction guy. The air conditioning also made a crazy wailing sound every 20 minutes that was pretty distracting.

Pros:

Location, location, location! Close to plenty of food and drink places. Metro stop just around the corner. Staff were helpful and friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee machine in the foyer. And free water dispenser and bottles on every floor.
There was a police and fire brigade emergency one night that the staff handled professionally with limited impact to the guest.
Great stay, Would def come again!

The rooms were small and basic, but i guess It gave dimensons when I booked.The pictures made room seem more comfy.
