Hotel moderno e in posizione strategica a downtown. Camera piccola ma completa di tutto. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, tutte le nostre richieste sono state accolte ed esaudite in tempi rapidissimi. Anche la manutenzione molto efficiente e presente.

Cons:

Come nella maggior parte degli hotel nei centri città americani non si possono aprire le finestre! Solo ricircolo interno e aria condizionata. Peccato!

Enjoyed my stay immensely.
Pros:

Very attentive to their customers. Friendly professional staff. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Rooms were very quiet. You couldn't hear through the walls.

Cons:

The process for extending your stay could have been a little smoother.

Pleasant stay, would book again.
Pros:

Excellent location, pleasant staff, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Corridor carpets seriously needed vacuuming, don’t think they were during my five night stay. Room wasn’t serviced a couple of days, not a big deal but on vacation ya wanna be pampered. 🙂

The check in process was electronic. The help desk attendant at night, must have been ready to leave. The morning attendant was very helpful. I liked

liked that the room was cozy. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I didn't like the additional $50 placed on my card for incidents. The shower spewed water all over the bathroom floor. A microwave and refrigerator would have been nice.

My first choice in Houston if I don't win the lottery!
Pros:

Professional. Quick to respond requests. Very professional. 5 star hotels could learn from these people.

Cons:

Staying for an additional day was tedious. You couldn't just call down and add a day. You had to go online and actually book for that additional night.
You could request to stay in the same room on the resv. I ended going down to concierge desk to make sure I would not be assigned a different room.
