Pros:

The room was nicly outfitted. Beds were very comfortable, hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Location was great and very close to so many things to see and do. Concierge gave great recommendations for dinner.

Cons:

There was construction on our floor. There was no fridge in the room. No water or ice machine on our floor.

Pros:

My partner and I visited together and booked two separate beds in the mixed dormitory. The beds were quite spacious, so we were able to sleep comfortably next to each other. We stayed in a 10-bed mixed dorm.

The lockers were a bit small, but still practical to use. Shoes are left downstairs, which helps keep the indoor areas very clean.

Everything was very clean throughout the property. Water and coffee were also provided free of charge. Overall, it was a clean, well-organized, and comfortable stay.

I had to keep tacking on nights due to the blizzard and they were most accommodating and helpful.

Great stay at the Westin
Pros:

We had the best time hotel was excellent beds are so comfortable after long days and lots of walking. Great view from the 38th floor would love to return and will definitely stay here again fantastic location and room and great staff.

Good hotel but..
Pros:

The hotel by itself was good. But they arranged a taxi for us and everthing went fine and the driver Luis was a very nice guy so we also asked him to pick us up at the Bronx. Again he was straight on time and brought us back, we asked him to bring us to the airport the day after and he said no problem and picked us up. When he came some guy called Patrick who works in de hotel to do easy jobs started to ask us questions if he drove us without informing the hotel and my girlfriend said he did and then he became really unfriendly and photographed his license plate. Was really annoying so cause of this happened i only gave 3 stars. I think people from the hotel should always be nice to their guests and als to people who do good work for their customers.
