Housekeeping needs improvement!
Pros:

Location is very close to Times Square and subway. Room is big, beds are comfortable. Staff at reception and the entrance were nice and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms are old. Technically they clean them every day, however the empty plastic bottle and some cookies cramps that I dropped the first night next to my bed, remained there for several days until my check out. Tips, however, that I was leaving on a night stand, were disappearing without a problem every day. Linens were also never changed. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement!

Close to what we needed and very nice hotel.
Pros:

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the memories we captured were worth everything ! The view was beautiful!!

Cons:

The cost was crazy expensive (but was something we were ok with bc it was close to everything we needed) , when we checked in the attendant at the desk said go straight down that hallway to your room….but she should’ve said go down toward the elevators and take the elevators to the 27 floor….we had to go back to ask proper directions to our room. Also the breakfast I thought was included but wound up costing $37 a person. Better communication would have made these few things a bit better.

Disappointed
Cons:

The room was not cleaned and when I complained nothing was done for hours. Despite asking to speak to the general manager for 5 days I did not get an opportunity and the front office manager Brandon was not helpful and only fit to be a bell boy.

Only Central Location

Cons:

Disappointing stay. Breakfast was limited and exactly the same every day. The breakfast area was very small and had no windows. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and do not justify the price.

We also had to pay extra for the third guest’s breakfast despite booking a room for three people with breakfast included. Overall, poor value for money.

There were no towels in the room and no shampoo in the dispenser. They brought them up to the room right away but I’ve never encountered that anywhere else

Perfect Location
Pros:

Great hotel in the perfect location for a lot of the tourist sites & subway station next door for those locations not as close.

Breakfast was great with so much choice & everything you could want.

Bar area was very pleasant and comfortable with great friendly service

Cons:

Breakfast room was quite small for the size of the hotel. This resulted most mornings having to wait for a table to be available. On one of the four days we were there this was just over 30 minutes

Ideal location if you want to see a Broadway show and the hotel is a wonderful.
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful and feels safe with guards in the front and the main hotel elevators on the 2nd floor. It is the ideal location if you want to go see Broadway shows. It was so nice to come back to the room and take a rest during the day. There are so many restaurants in every direction of all different nationalities. I was really impressed by all the small businesses thriving in NY. I had to try all the amazing coffees in the nearby coffee shops in the morning. Loved our time in the city.
