Great stay at the Westin
Pros:

We had the best time hotel was excellent beds are so comfortable after long days and lots of walking. Great view from the 38th floor would love to return and will definitely stay here again fantastic location and room and great staff.

Good hotel but..
Pros:

The hotel by itself was good. But they arranged a taxi for us and everthing went fine and the driver Luis was a very nice guy so we also asked him to pick us up at the Bronx. Again he was straight on time and brought us back, we asked him to bring us to the airport the day after and he said no problem and picked us up. When he came some guy called Patrick who works in de hotel to do easy jobs started to ask us questions if he drove us without informing the hotel and my girlfriend said he did and then he became really unfriendly and photographed his license plate. Was really annoying so cause of this happened i only gave 3 stars. I think people from the hotel should always be nice to their guests and als to people who do good work for their customers.

החדר ממש קר בחורף ,החימום לא מספיק בכלל, מעבר לזה שהיה שיפוצים במלון ולא כתבו או התריעו על כך כלום היה לנו רעש נוראי ובלתי נסבל
כשביקשנו לעבור חדר אמרו לנו שכל החדרים עם רעש , המליצו לנו לעבור מלון אבל זה היה לנו מסובך מידי אז נישארנו ופשוט יצאנו החוצה,

Loved our stay with many attractions a short walk. Subway was close by and the view from the room was wonderful.
Pros:

The service and location was outstanding, the king bed room had plenty of space for our luggage and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

There are no fridges in the rooms. Some of the chairs and linens were aged and worn.

Cons:

Mala gestión de la reserva por parte del personal de recepción. No nos dieron el tipo de habitación por el que habíamos pagado y no nos informaron de los serviicios del hotel ni de lo que podíamos utilizar.

A SPELLBINDING STAY

WESTIN HOTEL, TIME SQUARE
We were in New York City two weeks ago for the League of Historic American Theatres quarterly meetings. Luckily, our headquarters’ hotel was the Westin Hotel at Time Square. I always wanted to stay at this hotel – its quirky, dizzily articulation of the exterior façades are reminiscent of the chaotic environs in and around Time Square and the Theater District.
Never wanting to miss an opportunity to explore the Big Apple, the hotel’s location is unbelievably convenient for walking. One day, I walked to the Museum of Modern Art – bought two books on the work of Robert Rauchenberg, stared at 432 Park Avenue, and always stopping along the way to just “look at people”. Another day, I walked to Rizzoli Bookstore, purchasing two books by conceptual artist Ai Weiwei. The third day I was going to walk to The Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center Complex—I asked the bellman how far the Center was, he looked at me and said, “that’s a really, really long way to walk”. I took a cab.
The 4-day stay at The Westin was terrific in so many ways: the staff was very hospitable, room service timely, the front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful, and the price accommodating, to say the least. Best of all, my guestroom was large, the bathroom fixtures were cleverly thought-out, and my views from the 35th floor--spellbinding!
Rest assured, The Westin Hotel at Time Square is a great place to rest--your tired feet--after savoring the many delights of the Big Apple.

Pros:

This hotel is undergoing renovations which are badly needed in the rooms. We got a floor that hadn’t been renovated yet. Request the 13rd floor which has been updated. Avoid room ending in 01 thru 04 as these are in alcove on each floor and all your fellow guests will be trying to get into their rooms at the same time making you wait. Hotel should update their website saying renovations are in progress. Positives are location and staff.
