It was ok. Everything was just ok. The air conditioning didn’t work well so that made the whole stay uncomfortable.
Jr Suites are an awesome option.
Pet friendly
It was great! Location perfect as we were next door to the Food Park. Just a few minutes to airport as well. They made our dog feel special, and gave us doggy bags. They also had treats for purchase.
Rooms are very basic, no hair dryer but the bed was very comfortable and room was quiet!
Little green oasis in the middle of Puerto Vallarta. Great for people travelling with a dog. Only complaint is that the place is a little worn out in places, but price reflects this. Great little cafe on site. All staff are very helpful.
We had a great one night stay. Property was clean and safe and so welcoming for our two small dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of dog barking. Room needs upgrading. Walkable to many reataurants shops grocery.
The room was typical older mexican style but very clean, functional with good a/c.
The grounds were beautifuly kept with a manucured botanical garden that I enjoyed everyday.

Nice gated hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. It was nice to be able to park our car onsite. The garden and pool area was our favorite part along with the in house breakfast restaurant. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The one area of improvement would be the bathroom felt old and dark which created the illusion of it not being clean or tidy. Nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall it was a nice stay.

I e never seen a hotel that would make you feel at home. For sure I'll be. Back to stay here a lot longer. Safe and close. To shopping malls.
