Pros:

Great Location if you have an early flight to catch. The breakfast buffet offers a high variety of delicious food. The rooms are clean and offers a lot if space compared ro other hotels in the city.

It was definitely worthwhile to pay a reasonable extra amount for this excellent airport hotel!
Pros:

- Convenient location inside Haneda Airport Terminal 2
- Excellent response to my special request
- Very courteous and efficient service from the staff
- Spacious room with a special bottle of water
- Over-the-cup drip coffee (not instant coffee)
- Comfortable and usable disposable slippers (hotel slippers are usually uncomfortable)
- ReFa hair dryer

Cons:

- It was still a bit of a walk (a few minutes) to the international departure counter, but the path was flat with a lift and all inside the same building, so I have no complaints!
- There was no moisturiser or body cream provided
- I got bitten by an insect on my ankle; perhaps I shouldn't have sat on the floor to pack my suitcase.

The room, staff and breakfast were great
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and staff very helpful. The concierge helped us with our airline reservation. We received an email in Japanese and he transferred the boarding passes to our Wallet app for us very quickly. The breakfast was great with Japanese, European and American style choices.

Clean. The view of the airport from the room was great. Restaurant on property was very nice too.
