Desayuno bien pero el cafe lamentable
Ubicacion alejada del centro
El hotel cumplió con mis expectativas. Venía con más gente y envié toda la info antes y el proceso de check in fue muy rápido. Volveremos a elegir este hotel!

What I like the most was the staff. Breakfast was perfect, and the people there always ready to help.
Same from the front desk. Pedro helped me to manuver the car in the tight underground garage. Helena helped us with all our questions. She is a keeper.
The location was great, however the neighborhood was a little run down. I would definetly go back to the same hotel. We love Porto. The Bridges, the Catherina street, and on the same block of the Hotel, there is an amazing restaurant that Helena recommended. We had there 3 dinners. All fresh, the accommodated to my diet, and told the owner that I love these cake with Pineapple (Anana), he made it for us the last night. George is the name of the owner, Hugo his brother is also a waiter, and their mom is a cook. What a wonderful experience.

The walls are quite thin, I struggled to sleep one evening as I could hear everything from the people next door!

The room was clean and tended to each day by cleaning staff. There was also a breakfast included as part of the day.
The lighting in the hotel room was terrible and it was difficult to do your hair because the bathroom outlet would not allow you that.
The cost of the hotel ended up being our most expensive on our Portugal trip. I booked the hotel based on location, thinking we were going to walk, but we ended up renting a vehicle so I likely should have relocated to reduce the cost and get better value for my money
