Very pleasant -- Will stay longer next year. Daily room rate was a good value. Location cant be beat

I would stay again.
Pros:

Location great, breakfast was fine, typical continental, a little light for the price of the room. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

Cons:

You have to request housekeeping during your stay, My experience has been the opposite. One hook in the bathroom? More are necessary - for towels robes night wear etc!

Perfect location, nice people although the evening staff were not very knowledgeable, and overall a good stay
Pros:

The location was amazing. Perfect for enjoying the waterfront vibe.

Cons:

We were looking forward to having a drink after sunset on the rooftop bar. However, they rented the whole rooftop to a party. The music vibrated all the way down to our room on the second floor,. We were very disappointed, not to be able to have access to an amenity they advertised.

an iconic building but staffing levels too low to provide a good experience
Pros:

big room, grand furniture in bedroom and bathroom. excellent location near museums and pier ( beach access from pier). roof top bar great for evening drinks and meal. dinner downstairs good food and great pianist the night we went.

Cons:

lack of staff/valet at reception. breakfast was a sad experience with a selection of cold food on the bar and no staff ( except one who slowly swept and mopped the floor and generally got in the way)

Quarto não tem janelas anti ruído então você escuta toda a movimentação da rua e restaurantes próximos, o ar-condicionado não funciona bem (ou sai um vento super gelado ou não sai nada), os travesseiros são duros igual pedra, o café da manhã é MUITO fraco, basicamente uma garrafa térmica com café aguado, maçã, pães industrializados embalados no plástico, barrinhas de cereais de supermercado, nada de queijo ou presunto, nem ovos, nem variedade de frutas, nem granola, e eles tem um restaurante no hotel, ou seja, estrutura teriam para oferecer algo bem melhor. Por 400 dólares/ diária eu esperava muito mais. E além da diária tem que pagar 35 dólares de estacionamento por dia se você estiver de carro.
