Localização muito boa, decoração bonita.

Cons:

Quarto não tem janelas anti ruído então você escuta toda a movimentação da rua e restaurantes próximos, o ar-condicionado não funciona bem (ou sai um vento super gelado ou não sai nada), os travesseiros são duros igual pedra, o café da manhã é MUITO fraco, basicamente uma garrafa térmica com café aguado, maçã, pães industrializados embalados no plástico, barrinhas de cereais de supermercado, nada de queijo ou presunto, nem ovos, nem variedade de frutas, nem granola, e eles tem um restaurante no hotel, ou seja, estrutura teriam para oferecer algo bem melhor. Por 400 dólares/ diária eu esperava muito mais. E além da diária tem que pagar 35 dólares de estacionamento por dia se você estiver de carro.

Very quaint hotel, great location, if looking for Grand Prix experience, it’s about a 15 minute walk, but awesome locale to take in all the things nightlife DTSP!

Cons:

Nothing. Only x was there a was a dirty towel left in the towel basket in our room.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location; fun rooftop bar; great staff; very swanky room; excellent restaurants and bars steps away.

Cons:

Cable was out for part of our stay. In-room refrigerator would be much appreciated. Had to call down to have ice delivered (but the staff was very responsive).

Fiquei hospedado no Birchwood por duas noites com minha família em São Petersburgo. A localização do hotel é boa, porém a experiência geral foi negativa.

Cons:

O hotel é bastante barulhento devido a eventos ou uma espécie de boate no local, o que atrapalha o descanso. O café da manhã é extremamente fraco — basicamente apenas café, biscoitos doces e algumas barrinhas. Pelo valor cobrado na diária, deveria oferecer algo muito melhor, com opções reais de café da manhã, como pães, queijo, ovos ou algo salgado. Comer apenas doce pela manhã não atende minimamente à expectativa.

O ponto mais desagradável foi o atendimento na recepção. Como sou brasileiro e não falo inglês fluentemente, precisei usar o tradutor do celular para entender o funcionamento do manobrista. Enquanto tentava me comunicar, uma outra recepcionista comentou que eu estava “dando muito trabalho”. Mesmo sem entender inglês perfeitamente, ficou claro o que foi dito, o que foi extremamente desrespeitoso e constrangedor. Turistas estrangeiros precisam de paciência, não de comentários desse tipo.

Pelo comentário dirigido a minha pessoa e o péssimo café da manhã, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Great location but probably wouldn’t stay there again. Staff were super friendly, though.
Pros:

Breakfast was substandard. Dry cereal and pastries wrapped individually in plastic.

Cons:

The room was small and dark. Needed more lighting.

woke to late night loud night club patrons.
Cons:

the building includes a night club that goes late and includes patrons hollering and waking hotel guests. Not a good combo to for building to hand night club next to hotel. Odd.

We loved our room and the hotels location and would definitely return.
Pros:

Beautiful location across from the pier and marina. There were lots of restaurants and museums close by plus a free trolley.

Cons:

A small work-out area would have added to the property.

Nice hotel, but not a great value.
Pros:

Location was great for social activity but not so great for sleeping as it was quite noisy.

Cons:

Noisy, very expensive. We booked on an outside site for about $520, the Birchwood website was over $600.
