Pros:

Very good place to stay. Staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and this is the best place to stay in jacksonville. I would highly recommend staying there if you are in town.

Being left alone once I made it to my bedroom.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the receptionist had a rude attitude with me when I was just trying to understand their pet policy and was civil. Then I get to my room after being argued with and there’s poop smeared all over my walls. I wanted to cry in frustration. I didn’t even attempt to go back to get a different room when the lady at night time is as rude as can be and doesn’t like when people ask valid questions. Don’t go here if you want to be screamed at and sleep with poop lol.
