I stay at this location and do Rotary events here because of the people. It is a great facility, but the people make the big difference. Can’t wait until my next stay

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the assistance provided by your Director of Catering, John Snider, and Director of Sales, Briana Portes. The original site to hold my mother’s repass suddenly became unavailable. With less than 24 hours before the event, these 2 amazing people put forth an incredible effort to ensure a wonderful repass for Mom held on 2/28/26.
Despite the time constraints, a warm and welcoming atmosphere was created that made the event feel more like a celebration of Mom’s life rather than a farewell. Everything from the buffet ,to the event room arrangement , to the audiovisual set up was impeccably done. It was evident that no detail was overlooked.
I genuinely appreciated how John personally took time to check in at the event, ensuring everything was to our family’s liking. He really behaved more as a family member than the Director of Catering.
John and Briana, once again, much appreciation for your dedication and support. Your efforts made a difficult day bearable and allowed my family to celebrate Mom’s life surrounded by love and warmth.

Well, it's a Marriott so mostly predictable in Marriott-ish ways which is one of the reasons we stay at them, no? The room was large and mostly comfortable but hardly posh. It looked and felt like the hotel had been completely refurbished since it was built so that was a pleasant surprise and relief. The front desk staff members were delightful and the cleaning staff I talked to were very accommodating when i needed extra towels. One can get coffee at 630 and room service which seems much less common since covid. A short drive takes you to starbucks and there's food options a short walk across a parking lot. A little breakfast bar off the lobby had a decent wrapped breakfast burrito to go.

I've stayed at this property twice in the past few months; all my previous stays at this property were years ago, before they remodeled and added the M Lounge. This is an excellent Marriott property! The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed, and the M Lounge is large and offers a nice variety of foods (particularly at breakfast, where the offerings included smoked salmon). What really set this property apart for me is the staff. At both the front desk and in the M Lounge, I found the staff to be very upbeat, cheerful and friendly, which was a nice added touch to our stay. I'll definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and comfortable

I have stayed at this Marriott property many times in the past and have always had a positive experience, which is why this stay was so disappointing.

During my visit, there was a large youth sports group staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no apparent supervision or enforcement of hotel policies. Children were running through the hallways late into the night, riding and blocking elevators, leaving doors propped open, and causing constant noise.

I contacted management multiple times, but the situation never improved. As a result, I was unable to get the rest and relaxation I expect from a Marriott stay.

I understand hotels host group bookings, but there needs to be better oversight to ensure other guests are not negatively impacted. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Marriott.
