Nice hotel in the Cleveland burbs...
Pros:

Family of four, all adults, stopping as a midway spot on our way to Buffalo. Very nice hotel, clean and the staff was exceptional. The lounge was nice; great snacks and breakfast was pretty good with lots of fresh fruit. If we are ever back in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

This location has terrible service and I haven’t even stayed there yet. A reservation that may or may not have been canceled and the absolute rudest front desk and management staff. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Friendly, welcoming staff
Pros:

Had to visit the area on very short notice for a funeral. We stayed here for two nights and picked the based hotel on location only. The room was a pretty standard Marriott hotel room. However, the thing that makes the location stand out is their friendly, welcoming staff. They really do take hospitality seriously here.

A wonderful Rotary conference
Pros:

I stay at this location and do Rotary events here because of the people. It is a great facility, but the people make the big difference. Can’t wait until my next stay
