Our stay was off-the-chart! Loved it!
Pros:

This was probably one of the top three hotels I’ve stayed at in my life. It was magnificent. The staff was outstanding. And the location could not be beat. I loved it here.

Cons:

We had wanted a deck and when booking the room thought we had booked a room with a deck. It certainly wasn’t a deal breaker when we found that the room didn’t have a deck - but that’s something we thought we had booked. The front desk indicated that there was no way to ensure a deck to customers who wanted one.

Valet parking à 40CHFr alors qu’à l’arrivée on avait garé nous-mêmes au Parking National. On ne nous avait rien dit à l’avance!

Credit card fraud week after
Pros:

Scammed me on my credit card but they are not going to get away with it. Tried charging my credit card long after I had checked out. Argued at me about it and never issued an apology. These people are greedy and scammers. Please check your credit card statements carefully because they will wait weeks later to put more charges on your credit card.
