In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, keine Liebe fürs Detail, Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstückbuffets mangelhaft, unterbesetztes Personal (u.a. fehlender Supervisor). Erfüllt die Anforderungen an ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht.

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag im National Luzern mit meinen Mann gefeiert. Das Hotel ist wunder schön. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Habe im Zimmer und beim Abendessen eine selbsgeschriebene Karte erhalten und ein Dessert. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet sowie das Frühstück und die Bar. Haben die Tea Time gebucht und diese war ebenfalls mit liebe zubereitet wie man es aus dem TV kennt.
War ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und würde nichts ändern. Vielen Danke dem ganzen Team im Hintergrund und an der Front.
