Ein Hotel mit Charme genauso wie die Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter überall. Besonders die Reception und das Abendessen im Juliette. Der Kellner war spitze und auch das Essen sehr lecker!
Es war ein rundum perfektes Wochenende.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war um 10:20 eigentlich so gut wie leer. Wir haben sicher 15 Minuten gewartet, bis wir bestellen konnten. Dies war gerade noch im Rahmen und der Herr war alleine und im Stress. Jedoch am Buffet mussten wir wirklich fragen, ob es noch etwas gibt. Käse, Fleisch, Fisch, O-saft, Prosecco und Butter war alles restlos leer.

Très bon séjour dans un bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel historique au bord du lac et à deux pas du centre de Lucerne. tout es accessible à pied. Chambre magnifique avec terrasse & vue lac. Personnel & service 5*, rien à redire. Les parties rénovées sont très agréables.

Cons:

Les rénovations ont besoin de se poursuivre afin de redonner tout son lustre, à ce bâtiment historique. Un manque de propreté dans certaines parties des locaux commun (ne concerne pas la chambre). La piscine est vieillotte et il manque vraiment un SPA digne d'un 5*

great room great view with own balcony, very quiet at night , sofa bed also comfortable for kids to sleep in , perfect for family stay , location is awesome, lake and moutain view, next to casino, walkable to train station n old town

Loved the location, amazing lake & mountain view and the pool.
Pros:

Best location in Luzern close to everything. We had a see view room and slept window opened, it was incredibly calm, we had an excellent sleep.

The Spa is brand new and modern. It has a beautiful big and modern indoor pool with access to a terrace and one sauna room.

Cons:

The hotel has a lot of history and the historic building seems to limited certain interior design choices (furniture, lighting, hallways etc). This might look not always as modern as you would expect a five star hotel.

The Room and Marco advising on best route to take to Rigi.

Cons:

All other staff were reactive and way to young and in experienced to manage guests expectations of a 5* hotel. This was an extortionate price by Booking.com on what was 3 star service. Room was not stocked with T bags shower gels- had to ask every day. Told that we couldn't use hotel card for boat trips but when I arrived at the Dock told we could.

Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel National war einfach außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee, ein Anblick, den man nie vergisst.
Der Service war in jeder Hinsicht einwandfrei: aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Als allein reisende Frau habe ich mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nur sehr wohl, sondern auch jederzeit sicher gefühlt, was für mich besonders wichtig ist.
Das Grand Hotel National vereint Eleganz, Ruhe und höchste Servicequalität in perfekter Lage. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
