Very nice andcomfirtable , but some things can e for a 5 star hotel like ensuring everything is functioning properly
Pros:

Location and facilities and service, staff was very helpful when we asked for late checkout

Cons:

The bath an scale in the room were not working properly and we had to wait a lot for the valet to come get the car

Situé au bord du lac, en plein centre, bel intérieur et personnel adorable et compétent.
Pros:

Hôtel central au bord du lac, bien rénové, chic avec du caractère !
Un personnel très gentil !
Des chambres un peu petites sous les combles mais confortables avec une vue magnifique sur le lac ! Une brasserie et un bar de grande qualité !

Ein Hotel mit Charme genauso wie die Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter überall. Besonders die Reception und das Abendessen im Juliette. Der Kellner war spitze und auch das Essen sehr lecker!
Es war ein rundum perfektes Wochenende.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war um 10:20 eigentlich so gut wie leer. Wir haben sicher 15 Minuten gewartet, bis wir bestellen konnten. Dies war gerade noch im Rahmen und der Herr war alleine und im Stress. Jedoch am Buffet mussten wir wirklich fragen, ob es noch etwas gibt. Käse, Fleisch, Fisch, O-saft, Prosecco und Butter war alles restlos leer.

Très bon séjour dans un bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel historique au bord du lac et à deux pas du centre de Lucerne. tout es accessible à pied. Chambre magnifique avec terrasse & vue lac. Personnel & service 5*, rien à redire. Les parties rénovées sont très agréables.

Cons:

Les rénovations ont besoin de se poursuivre afin de redonner tout son lustre, à ce bâtiment historique. Un manque de propreté dans certaines parties des locaux commun (ne concerne pas la chambre). La piscine est vieillotte et il manque vraiment un SPA digne d'un 5*
