Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was sufficient in size. It's a budget friendly hotel and you get what you pay for. If that suits your needs then you won't be let down by the great staff.

Cons:

Wasn't in the best neighborhood, the indoor pool looked more like dirty dish water. The walls were very thin and you could hear a mouse fart 20 feet away.

Charlie the guy that picked me up from the airport at 8:00 p.m. in the shuttle bus, let me tell you something he was the most wonderful man, he was very kind very patient waiting for my luggage, my plane was also delayed he helped me with all my luggage, he also let me set up in front with him in the shuttle bus, he made me feel really comfortable, and Joseph the front desk management, this amazing little fella also was amazing with helping me with all my luggage bringing it into my room, also made sure I had bottles of water for the night, wow I am ever so grateful for these sweet angels, I have never had service so awesome as this!🥰

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like, I'll be staying there again and again I enjoyed the whole stay🥰 thank you so much BW plus Springfield airport, also I wanted to add the hotel management in the morning was superb! I'm not sure what her name was but she was incredibly sweet and also was very helpful! 🥰.

Decent place to stay close to airport
Pros:

Close to the airport and shuttle was waiting despite our flight being delayed.

Cons:

I prepaid but was charged again despite challenging this. It was straightened out and nbd but lots of finger pointing which uncomfortable and wasn’t necessary. Mistakes happen and blame and shame doesn’t make u look better.

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Super close to the airport which was a big plus for us.

Bathroom a little small. Walked into the toilet. Wasn't much room to get around in.

Pros:

The attendant at the desk was nice and polite and worked quickly to get me my room key. The room had a air conditoner that didnt really cool off my room. The bed was nice and comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom didnt have a shower curtain so I had to throw towels on the floor so I wouldnt fall when getting out of the shower. The breakfast was ok but I didnt like how they did the eggs. The location was not to far from the airport but I thought it was a little hard to find. I dont know if I would return. You are called Best Western Plus. My
