フロントスタッフさんもとても親切
滞在中に残念なハプニングがちらほらありました。まず、火災報知器がシャワー中に鳴り響き、頭にシャンプーつけたままだったので軽くパニック。結局誤作動とのことでしたが、未然に防いで欲しかった。
そして、お湯が出ずシャワーが使えなかった日が一晩。結局朝7時過ぎまで全館お湯が出なくて、仕事にも余裕を持って出られなかった。欧米の人は朝シャワー派が多いだろうけど、普通に24時間お湯を使わせるのが前提のサービスのはず。こちらは、昼間にパイプ工事をした人が温度設定を間違えていじったとのことでした。
なんとなく落ち着かないステイでした。
The hotel is based on one of the finest Georgian streets in the country. Formerly a business area with banks and offices it is nowadays occupied by some decent restaurants and hostelries. My room was very comfortable and on a warm evening the A/C was just right.
I couldn't get the hotel's wifi to work and my room may have been a 'black spot'. It wasn't a big issue for me as I was only there for a few hours.
The only thing I could fault is the shower wasn’t very powerful

The hotel is in very good location and close to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are lovely and the rooms are always clean and comfy beds
Stayed here many times but this recent visit the breakfast was not near as good as previous visits. The staff again were lovely and attentive but the food was not the best. I presume they have a different chef now, which is a shame as it just wasnt up to the same standard. Hash browns were rock hard and inedible and the sourdough toast and scrambled egg the same. Couldn't even cut through the toast it was brick hard. Just small things and attention to detail but it wasn't as good as before sadly.
Our shower/bath had no hot water and didn't drain away properly. Other rooms we stayed in were fine but room 4 had a few issues. Would ask for a different room next time.

An old property
Het hotel zit op een perfecte locatie, vlakbij het monument en alle leuke restaurants en barren. Alle highlights zijn vanaf het hotel makkelijk te belopen. Verder was de service goed en ook het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid.
Eigenlijk niets.
The junior suite room, the staff and location of the hotel in relation to the city attractions was great.
