Perfect centrally located hotel with exceptional standards and service
Pros:

Brilliant location and easy, friendly check-in. Lovely room with excellent temperature and a comfortable bed.
Appreciated the branded toiletries.
Delicious breakfast, served by cheerful staff. Superb choice of dishes and high standard of quality 👌 Really valued the left luggage facility too. Great stay!

Cons:

Would have liked a shower attachment as well as the overhead rainforest head.

Hotel was ok…was it 4*…probably not but clean and ok. Noise from upper floors and car parking a nightmare ( but a separate provider)

In a perfect location for a wedding I went too.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel. Staff Brilliant. Cleanness great. Nice room and comfortable.

Cons:

I was in room number 15. No view apart from a brick wall from one window and other window ductwork. I am a very light sleeper, and both two night stay. A pigeon cooing nonstop, both nights all night long.

Perfect city centre location. Easy stroll to the railway station and the other way to Monument
Pros:

Room and King bed were a good size. The interior of the public areas reflect whatever commercial enterprise used to own the buiding and so are quite quirky - nice tiles etc.

Cons:

The bathroom was good, but you could tell it could do with an upgrade, but not desperately so. I guess it's 10 years old?
