Great location for Tokyo city break
Pros:

The location in Central Tokyo makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring the city. Easy walking to a number of Metro and train stations, shopping destinations and parks.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but I wouldn't pay the rack rate for it if it wasn't already included in our room rate.

Cons:

The (twin) room we had was definitely not as large as we expected from the listing photos or other reviews. Perhaps we were unlucky? Suitcases had to be stored open, under the beds for us to be able to move around the room

朝食がおいしかった　ロケーションは最高です。
羽田空港から電車乗り換えなしで行くことができとても便利。

Cons:

部屋のトイレの水洗レバーが壊れていて、水が流れっぱなしになることがあった。
シャワーの水圧が強すぎ

I will never go back here.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location near the main train station in Tokyo. There are some good restaurants nearby too, though more focused at tourists.

Cons:

Where do I start? Firstly, I booked a bigger room and ended up with a tiny one. Then I was charged 10% more than what I was quoted for. There are only 2 elevators for the whole hotel, so you end up waiting for hours to get to/from your room. Avoid.

our fist couple stay in Tokyo ... a nice 2 nights.
Pros:

bed firm but very nice. my back is my judge. and it didnt complain over 2 nights. the shower is absolutely AWESOME. best I had in ages. a true 5 stars shower. the room was quiet enough i was never awaken by noise. easy to get to super well positioned in cbd. note that ginza is in the posh area of Tokyo so expect prices to be high.we asked for that and we got it. even with 2 large suitcase the walking trips to and from the station was a breeze. tokyo is very pleasant for. tourists. wil book again strongly recommend that hotel.

Cons:

the room is very small but that's i hear what the Tokyo standard is so if you are used to lots of space it may be a tad difficult to move around especially with 2 large suitcases.

Vi vaknade kl 03:00 av att det rann vatten från taket. Troligen från ACn men det droppade hela natten, det blev lite bättre när personalen la ut handdukar på golvet men det var en sjö där på morgonen.

The property is very tired and in need of a refurb to bring it up to modern standards. The shower was particular bad and the beds uncomfortable for us.

Cons:

The elevator doors close abruptly even when the doors sense an obstacle in the way. Quite dangerous. Instead of giving capsules for everything, please give teabags and coffee bags instead.
