優しいホテル
Pros:

従業員の方々のプロ意識がとても高く、細やかな気遣いがありとても嬉しかったです。ロケーションもとてもいいのですが、朝食も美味しく、部屋も防音がしっかり効いているようで音が気になりませんでした。

Cons:

少々ホテルが良い意味でレトロ、悪く言えば少し古めかしい部分があります。ただ機能的には問題が全くなく、良い点が多いので特に大きな問題ではないです。

初めての宿泊でしたが、好印象でした！
Pros:

フロントのスタッフの方々の対応がとても感じがよく、格式の高い老舗のホテルという印象を受けました。さらに、最も印象的だったのは、朝食です。オムレツを目の前で作っていただくスタイルは何度も経験していますが、具材に工夫がなされており（炒め玉葱や炒めきのこ）、他では味わえない美味しいオムレツでした！また、エッグベネディクトもオランデーズソースの酸味が卵と相性が良く、印象に残る味でした（微笑）！

Cons:

部屋のスペースが狭いのは、ベッドも広く、小さいながらクローゼットも備えられているので、仕方がないかもしれません。

A pleasant stay, not bad though
Pros:

Staff are very nice and the room is clean. The coffee/tea machine is superb.

Cons:

The actual room is relatively small cos I booked for the 20 sq m room but it just look like 15 sq m though. The charger and plug need upgrading too

おかげ様で、楽しい大人の東京の旅になりました
Pros:

外観、内装ともに、味のある独特なホテルでした
アメニティも心配りのされた物ばかりで、大満足でした
連泊だったので、タオル類は替えて頂きましたが、割と早い時間に交換にいらして、始めはエッ！？と思いましたが、留守の時に開けられるよりは、居る時に来てもらって、良かったと思いました
スリッパまで毎日交換されました👍
満点ではないのは、むしろ問題が無く、スムーズだったので、スタッフとのやり取りが無かったためです
わたしの中では10点です
また、東京に来た時は泊まりたいですし、お勧めします

Pros:

- The location is near Tokyo and Ginza station, which are available to be reached with Low Cost Bus from Narita airport and a short walk.
- The room was clean and had a retro atmosphere of its own. Various thoughtful choices for amenities.
- Self-help reservation to luggage delivery service at the corner on the first floor. The instructions were simple and clear. Fill out the form, pay online, print out the sticker and hand it together with your luggage to the counter.

Cons:

Just being nitpicking, if the staff could direct us where to do the luggage delivery reservation when we asked for the first time (or mentioned it when we checked in), we could have done that one night before departure and saved all the hassle.
