Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was easy to catch a train to all the places we wanted to visit. And just a few blocks away. So were some attractions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Pros:

Our initial room was too small. It was called and economy double but unable to safely open suitcases. Requested s larger room. There were none the first night butv2 andc3 there were. The second room was larger and suited us better. We did have to pay the difference. Staff helpful and moved my milk I had purchased to the new room along with the bags.
Location was central which I liked.

Cons:

First room wasctoo small and bed against the wall which is not suitable for an older couple trying to get out of bed safely and with dignity eas hard.The questions below are for our I nitisl small and cramped room.

Pros:

とてもオシャレなこじんまりとしたホテルで、お部屋も清潔で快適でした。
最寄り駅から1分もかからないし！
アメニティも充実していて、大満足です。
朝食は、素敵な空間でほんとうに美味しくいただきました！
とても良い思い出になりました☆

Cons:

大満足だったので、良くない点などなかったのですが…強いて言えば、窓からの景色が良くなかったことくらいです。
夜寝るだけだったので、全く私は気になりませんでしたが！

Our favourite hotel in Tokyo - we have stayed many times.
Pros:

We love Hotel Monterey. Ginza - we have been here several times starting over 15 years ago. It’s clean, central, has all you need when you’re out and about touring Tokyo. It also has wonderful pyjamas a pair of which we bought (and now prize as they no longer sell them) over 15 years ago. We have nothing but praise for the hotel.

Bien situado pero anticuado y muy corto de instalaciones
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en pleno centro de GInza y a escasos 10 minutos andando de la Tokyo Station.

Cons:

- He visitado este hotel varias veces desde hace años y claramente se ha quedado desfasado con el paso del tiempo. Ofrece muy pocas instalaciones servicios que otros hoteles más modernos sí tienen y hoy día son imprescindibles, sobre todo para viajeros de trabajo, como zonas de trabajo, gimnasio, piscina, recepción amplia con zona de estar para reuniones rápidas… todo eso que otros hoteles modernos sí tienen y este hotel no ofrece.
- El desayuno buffet me ha parecido poca cosa, comparado con otros, para el precio que tiene.
- Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, casi sin espacio ni para abrir la maleta, aunque esto sea un estándar en Tokio.
- Me cobraron 10.000Y por entrar a las 12:00 en lugar de las 15:00. Es una broma lo de estos horarios de check-in y la poca flexibilidad para entrar un poco antes.

Cons:

The room smelt a bit weird almost like a smoke like smell. Spoke to the staff about it but they apparently didn't smell anything. I had a different booking with this hotel earlier and that one was perfect, I believe it was just this room.
