It was awesome except last night upstairs I sware the were playing hockey at times. But night person came and for some reason it all stop Game over!

Clean room, nice staff

Very good breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, close to everything

Room was small but ok otherwise. ; problem was no actual a/c and had to leave window open. Difficult to sleep : very loud : street noise

This hotel was centrally located, which was great. But very expensive for the quality. Our deadbolt didn’t work. AC didn’t work. Friendly staff. Would not return here.

Front desk staff was pleasant . Breakfast staff the older lady was abrupt and rude.They should have some signage saying we will serve coffee or ask for Coffee. Location is convenient .

In terms of location, staff, and breakfast buffet, this place is absolutely excellent. It was so close to train stations and the main street along one side of the river and I really was blown away by all the options and tasty treats they had for breakfast. My only negative remark was for cleanliness. By no means was our room “dirty,” but I wondered if they had tidied up much before our stay since we found two bottle caps on the floor and a spider on our pillow. The bathroom had great temperature and water pressure, but there was a small gap between the door that allowed for abit of water on the floor. That being said, I think all the positive aspects of the hotel make me inclined to stay again.

Welcome staff, clean rooms, and excellent location. Will definitely stay again if visit Zurich

A decent choice about 5 min. from the station. Moderate sized room was OK.
Lots of bars and restaurants very close by. Would consider staying again.

The hotel was clean and tidy

I would put this on the level of a Holiday Inn express. The breakfast was a little better than that, but no where close to the breakfasts we had in France. It is located at the end of Niederdorfer St. So if you want to be close to the old town and in the bar and bistro district, the location is superb. There is no parking and you have to park across the river at a rate of about $50 a day. And water costs $9 per pint if you buy it at the hotel.

It is a smaller hotel but very convenient location. Very close to the old town, Coop supermarket, Zurich train station. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The only complain I have is that the bathroom smell a little weird. It’s not that it is dirty, just not fresh.

Excellent hotel. Room spacious and comfortable. Loclated in the old city. Walking distance to all of city including the central station. Very clean. Linen and bedding very computable. Quiet. Highly recommend

Basic, clean, well located hotel with a decent breakfast. 20+ restaurants close by. Good place to sleep. Only negative - bathroom walls not square and shower door often came open.

The hotel was nice, great location for walking everywhere. Breakfast buffet was average. No AC as advertised only a heating and air system which did very little to cool room.

The hotel is in a good location. We were avle to walk everywhere we wanted. The roo. Is very small which is ok, I didn't like the frosted glass wall to the bathroom, doesn't offer much privacy. The worst was the a/c, doesn't cool at all. Windows barely open. Was too hot and uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We had a fan in our room, and the staff came in and took the fan out while we were looking around the city, which is completely out of line. The place was gross, and the staff made me feel unsafe by coming into our room and removing our belongs after we had already checked in. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel is a short walk from the main HB train station. It’s surrounded by lots of restaurants , cafes and has shopping options. It’s also few minute walk from the lake. The room itself was renovated and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff were very caring and supportive.
