The hotel burned down two months ago and neither Quality Inn nor Booking.com bothered to tell us. We pulled up to a pile of rubble. I appreciate that this is a minor inconvenience as compared to someone getting hurt in the fire or the complete loss of the business, but I thought there might be processes in place to advise booked guests that the reservation could not be completed.

Always a great place to stay.
The evening staff were fantastic - we discovered after check-in that grandparent in fact required a more barrier free room (with taller toilet and rail to assist with getting up) - staff were very helpful Nd accommodated our room change immediately, which was amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time. Breakfast was great too, really good value.
The only suggestion I have is to have a mat by tge poolside door and the beds
Really good value, clean hotel and the kids always enjoy their stay, comfy beds and pillows. I like that there is a hot tub, pool, and restaurant in this hotel. Makes everything handy you never really need to leave the property for anything but if you do, a Walmart is 5 minute walk away, Tim Hortons is across the street. Vendor and bar in the building for the adults.
Just a great place to stay
Nice soft king sized bed with very clean white sheets. Pool ,hot tub and steam room worked great. Very nice big included breakfast. Beer vendor a bonus as well.
Very noisy at night with children running around and slamming doors past 11 o’clock
It’s a fantastic property. Amazing pool, restaurant, lounge, brekfasta, very clean, friendly, great housekeeping.
To get to five stars, better mattresses, TV access is very limited, leave a binder of instructions to things, and need much better coffee in rooms!
the pool area was awesome and the rooms were clean
Breakfast was much better than the usual hotel fare.
Especially happy there was no carpeting in the room, made the room feel much cleaner.
