Poor Maintenance and Cleaning
Cons:

Light switch not near door. Needed to walk to far side of room to turn on light.

Rooms are old and not maintained. For example, poor drywall patches, hole in bathroom door poorly patched.

Counters, floors, and walls do not appear clean. Spots on floors, counters, and walls. Although it is a budget hotel, there should be more attention to cleanliness.

Budget Friendly and clean.
Pros:

The room was well priced, beds and the bathroom were clean. We forgot our keys in the room and while the hotel did not reach out to us first, when we called they were helpful in letting us know that they had been found and were safe in the office. The hotel was able to accommodate our room needs and reached out prior to arrival to ensure what our need was and to get the room that was the best fit for us.

Cons:

The individuals hanging around the car parking lot late at night and the fact that the fence door to the property did not lock and remained open was a little concerning. The crack in the wall in the room was an unpleasant sight. The remote to the TV was quirky, it would change the channel but would not turn the TV on or allow you to adjust the volume you had to that manually on the TV.

I stayed at motel 6 in the past and had bad experiences. But I decided to give this location a chance, never again will

I booked the room because the rating and pictures look well maintained

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty I left early after seeing the cockroaches and hair on the bed.
