Over all it was great visit
Pros:

room was very clean and had clean smell. able to get in and out of the parking lot and had enough parking that I was able to find a parking close to the eneternce.

Cons:

There were few issues with the key cards I had to get them reactivaided so I can get in my room. The pool wasnt open yet.

The staff was nice

Cons:

When we got our key, we went to the room, and the door wouldnt open, so we had to go back to the lobby for help, she said you have to pull on the handle before inserting key and then it will open, and that was frustrating, because how would we know that?
Non smoking room, left our belongings smelling like stale cigarettes. There was burn holes in the blanket.
Wifi couldn't reach our room, so we got no wifi, and had to use data, which was spotty too.
When I was trying to shower, I noticed the shower curtain was put up too high, the curtain wouldnt stay closed. When I tried to close it, I cut my finger on a busted tile in the shower.
The bathtub was super slick and linoleum was peeling everywhere.
Overall, will not be staying there ever again. I felt like what I paid, was not worth it.

If safety is a priority please do not stay at this hotel.
Cons:

The staff was rude. Someone walked in while I was changing. The manager was a complete asshole about the situation. He said id he didn't care because it was a computer error. Then he stated if I didn't like it that I could check out without a refund.

bei Ankunft nach 3x verschiedene Karten nicht funktioniert haben schickte mich die Rezeption zur Tankstelle um Bargeld zu holen.
ich bezahlte 1 nacht mit Bargeld
Karte hat aber funktioniert und mir wurde fĂĽr 1 Nacht 2x verrechnet.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. I liked that there was a refrigerator & microwave. I also appreciate multiple pillows.

Cons:

The bed could've used more blankets but thank goodness the heater worked. There was random clothes that was left from a previous stay. The floors need better cleaning, felt very filthy to a bare foot but I kept my socks on. If they can only do a half hour late check out, they should control the noise of guest better during late hours. I couldn't fall asleep until 3am because of loud guests. The rooms could also use tissue boxes. And heads up to future guests, the location isn't the best & you'll hear trains all through the day & night.

Le dije a la recepcionista el martes por la noche , y llegando el miércoles por la noche a la habitación oh sorpresa TODO SUCIO , Toallas húmedas etc

Fuimos hablar con la recepcionista de turno

Me grito en rodó momento , le pregunté porque me grita, ella respondió que así habla. , dijo que no harían ninguna limpieza y le hablaría a la policía!!!
