Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Due to the rain room was flooded and smelled not that great, it was only one night, but if more than one it would be worse.
This was a swap out from a single to a double room, and understand it was due to really bad weather but the hotel should be able to cater for this and ensure maintenance is done

Pros:

The breakfast was good.
The room is very nice and clean.
The location is very good.

Cons:

The waiter do not do so good. They do not look need, not al all. The 1 was laying over/on the counter that does not look good. When I asked for scramble eggs, it looked if they are doing me a favour not there work.

the shower panel is leaking into the toilet.
the bedroom basin is clogged, I put in some hot water.

Was a very good stay, room was good, food at breakfast was good.
Pros:

room was very good, food at breakfast was good and a lot to pick from. room air-condition was exceptional good. good parking.

Cons:

The reception area was hot, was uncomfortable.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, PERFECT STAY, CLASSY AND CLEAN!!!
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, from when we checked in to when we check out, everything was according to standard, we did not need to ask for anything from hairdryers, to iron and ironing boards, water and coffees were made available, espresso machine closer to the elevators in a small lounging area was a very ideal plan. Check -in time is a little late for 14:30pm, perhaps 1pm next time?
