Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Strange room layout. Needs a bit of an upgrade, we had constant problems with our access keys, the drain in the shower kept coming out and had some very odd light fittings with exposed wires.

Just suggestions.. otherwise wonderful

The professionalism of the staff and cleanliness

Cons:

The towels are kept too high for senior citizens and the shower floor gets a bit slippery. Maybe add a railing for older guests

Loved it!
Pros:

I loved the wild or savoury rice, it had lentils, zucchini, other veggies and it was fried, the roasted potatoes, the mozambik peri peri sauce, the sausages and the fruit salads! It was different and delicious.

Cons:

The resturant staff can work on being a little bit friendly, they seemed a little tired

Excellent stay
Pros:

room was really nice with balcony
Very much a good gateway with my family

Cons:

breakfat buffet can do a bit better

we wouldve also love for a swim as there was no pool

TVs in our room wasnt a smart TV so we couldnt really watch anything. We also didnt have any cupboard space to unpack our clothes

That it had a small lounge area

Cons:

Mats in the room, open bathroom plan, especially cos it was a family suit I didnt like that it was open, the only thing holding it was a curtain.
