It’s overpriced
Pros:

.

Cons:

It was definitely not worth the amount we paid. It’s overpriced.

The breakfast was not up to standard. A 3 star hotel has better breakfast.

The carpet in the room had a stench

I’ve stayed in hotels 1/4 of the price with 200% luxury. Super bad.
Pros:

Room was well laid out and lighting was aesthetic but not functional.

Cons:

I stayed in an executive suite
When I checked in, the bar area next to the reception was so loud, I could not hear the receptionist to check in, this is after a 3 hour drive on a Sunday night to check in…
I then get told I have to book breakfast, even though I booked breakfast upgrade via the website. They could not find it…so I book and pay for breakfast and the next morning I get told I haven’t booked breakfast at the restaurant…
The fridge was weak and didn’t keep cold drinks cold
The microwave was in bad condition, not spinning for even heat and the markings were worn off…
The desk had 1 double point plug that was worn and my adaptor kept falling out…reception provided a multi-plug which semi-did the job..
The bathroom didn’t have a toilet scrub…
The washing basin had reversed cold and hot…
The desk chair had very noticeable scuff marks..
The pillows were extremely worn and lob sided…
The bed mattress was worn and lob side…
The card failed 4 times and 3 of these times I was carrying bags up to the room…on the 5th floor…
I got woken up at 6:37am by reception asking me if I’m using the iron…
The windows are not insulated properly, I got woken every night by cars racing around the circle…I have 50% hearing loss, so I can’t imagine how bad that must be for someone with 100% hearing..
The doors are extremely loudly closed multiple times late at night and early in the morning…again I’m 50% deaf…
The gym is across the street into a neighbouring complex which you have to sign in and explain…then walk to the reception and explain…then get escorted to the gym and the door opened for you. It is a very cumbersome and frustrating experience and the pool
chemicals was so strong I could not survive in the gym for more than 10mins…

I stay in hotels about 70% per year, this is easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had ever.

Pros:

Great location for anyone needing to do a short trip to Century City. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating - had to add an extra night last minute and they were more than happy to help with this. Rooms are clean and comfortable and offer great views too. Will definitely return in the future.
