Pros:

No respetan reservaciones, limpieza pésima, nos dieron una habitación “nueva” y habían pelos en la cama. NUNCA RESERVARÍA OTRA VEZ.

Pros:

No sé respetó mi reservación hecha por Hoteles.com, me hospedaron en un hostel anexo, no tenían terminal para pagar con tarjeta y tuve que hacer uso del loco efectivo que tenía. Había una gotera en mi habitación, no me proporcionaron papel higiénico, jabón para bañarme y si no pido toallas tampoco me las dan. Me dieron un control pero sin señal para ningún canal y la habitación se veía muy descuidada. Desafortunadamente no encontré disponibilidad en ningún otro lugar pero definitivamente no vuelvo a ir a ese lugar.

No corresponde el anuncio con la realidad ,paredes con un hoyo ,no incluia desayuno ,no es verdad que sea la habitación mas barata lo que se ofrece ,mucho ruido para poder dormir ,expedia ni siquiera
