Liked the space in the room. General staff and cleaning staff all.very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The member of staff at check in was condescending and very impolite. The lifts seem to require a service. No ice machine as advertised. Toilet seemed to have a leak.

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Big spacious room. A spotless and clean bathroom.
Conveniently located with lots of nice restaurants close by. Perfect for a 1 night stay.

Cons:

TV didn't work properly. Bath gel and shampoo were not adequate. You could get most of the items but have to request the reception. No fitness centre.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, with friendly staff and plenty of parking
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location for Cardiff Bay - very easy to access, in a safe area, with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are very friendly and helpful. It's great value for money - we've stayed here and few times and happily would again.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't that great - quite a small selection and not much for the money.
