We always enjoy our stay. Comfortable room with air conditioning

One of the two lifts was out of service, which made getting upto the fourth floor more difficulf than ideal.

Our stay was awesome.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful! We had a very pleasant and restful stay there and we thank you.

Cons:

Cleanliness could improve. Rooms need updating and brightening. They are quite dark.

Wouldn’t choose to stay here again, but appreciate the efforts of the breakfast staff

The breakfast staff were very friendly

Cons:

Toilet smelling of wee, foot bath whilst having a shower & smeary mirror. All mentioned to reception staff but nothing changed for second night.

המיטה כזוגית קטנה מאד כ1.50 רוחב לא הגיוני . המזרון מתנדנד ולא נוח , ארוחת בוקר בינונית ומטה , הלובי והמלון בכלל מיושן ונראה כמו מוטל דרכים . .המעלית כל הזמן מתקלקלת ואיטית מאד .
המלון מבודד ומרוחק מכל מקום. רק עם רכב או מונית ..
לא מצדיק בכלל את המחיר

Very good Cardiff Bay hotel
Pros:

Very good location near Cardiff Mermaid Quay. Good restaurant and bar with excellent staff. Large comfortable room with air conditioning. Plenty of parking

Never Again
Cons:

One of the lifts was broken .. and the other one was super slow. At a stage both were broken and staying on 6th floor doesn't help.
House Keeping - we were a family of four with only 2 towels to use and not enough toiletries. When requested for one, they said to come downstairs to get it as there is not enough stuff. Mind you the lift was not working. Didn't realize at the time of booking that there are no leisure facilities. Would have never booked it in the first place.
