Pros:

We enjoyed our short stay there. The staff we're so friendly and accommodating especially Noli, the operations manager.

The room is cozy and neat, the restaurant served good food and drinks. We'll definitely recommend this to our friends.

A lovely short break away in pleasant surroundings.
Pros:

We liked the location and the fact that we didn’t have to worry about parking. It was close the amenities in the harbour where there was a good selection of places to eat. The staff were very helpful and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was terrific and well worth the cost.

Cons:

Nothing really. We would have liked to have the option to have a light breakfast of just coffee and toast as an alternative as well.

Bella camera, buoni pasti, ma scarsa attenzione alle pulizie della camera e dei corridoi interni.
Pros:

Colazione abbondante e gustosa, cena molto buona, camera spaziosa, reception molto efficiente

Cons:

Pulizia camere molto approssimativa, mai passato aspirapolvere, odore di urina nel bagno anche dopo interventi presso reception, pochi canali tv (neppure uno in italiano), mancanza frigobar . Interno camera mai spolverato, scarsa dotazione accessori bagno.

Ok and would stay again for a night if going to Millennium Centre
Pros:

Staff very friendly and close to theatre. Hotel was clean and rooms where ok - could probably do with a refresh

Cons:

Not really the hotels fault but there was some sort of commotion outside our room around 1am. Number of people shouting and banging for a long time on a door. More people seemed to arrive as noise become loader - could have been security at one stage. Did go quiet for a short while but then people returned and started banging on the door again. In total it lasted until around 1:45am.

Nice stay tinged with sadness
Pros:

Easy to get to, nice room and well run lobby with bar and restaurant nearby

Cons:

On checking out we mentioned that the one night stay was very good apart from no heating in our room, was informed in a couldn’t care less attitude that they had switched the heating mode to summer time, the room was like a fridge and didn’t respond to any kind of adjustment to the room thermostat system
