Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

It is clean and location is very near to where i need to attend an event at Maydenbauer center.

After an extensive search, we landed on the Courtyard Downtown Bellevue for a long weekend with family and friends. A tip of the cap to the front desk team for taking time to configure adjoining rooms for our party -huge thank you! Nice gym. Functional common areas…lobby, small bar and dining area. The location is a brisk 10-minute walk to dozens of restaurants. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Good value. Self park a tad steep at $45 per day...plus tax.

Central location

I recently stayed two nights because I was attending a conference in Bellevue. The hotel overall is a good location. Close to the other hotels if this is not the host hotel, and close to the big tech offices.

It is located a couple of blocks from the main street of restaurants in the area and easily accessible.

The parking is extremely secure, which was nice. The amenities note an EV charging station but I don’t believe it was on site. It is Seattle, there are plenty of stations nearby.

It is directly across from the bus transfer area and approximately 1 to 1 1/2 blocks away from the train.

The rooms are spacious. The fitness center is well equipped. The lobby has a few different seating areas to have conversations or work. There is a bar on site and a restaurant. I only ate there for breakfast and it was buffet style. The price was average. I believe it was $24.

At the time I stayed there was a Starbucks downstairs but it looks like they are closing the end of January 2026. Hoping they put in a new coffee option.

The customer service when I checked in, was very nice and informative. The customer service at both the bar and the restaurant could have been better.

I felt extremely safe in the hotel and in the surrounding area. I would stay there again for business..

Great location, easy access clean nice accommodations

Location was great

I travel to Seattle multiple times a year but never really ventured to Bellevue. Thanks to the NW Chocolate Festival I had the opportunity to check it out and I have to say id rather stay there than Seattle. I was torn between Seattle Marriott Bellevue and this hotel and Im so glad I ended up here. Im very picky with my accommodations and I tend to ask a lot of questions even before I arrive, it allows me to get an idea on the quality of customer service in a property. This led me to the star of this property Serenity! This property would have gotten a solid 4 stars from me but Serenity pushed it to a perfect rating which I dont typically give. From pre-check in to check out, Serenity provided excellent customer service and this is coming from someone who is quite critical and picky when it comes to service. Every property needs a SERENITY.
I stayed at an executive queen room. Good size, clean and quiet even when it is facing the street and close to the elevator. The room is well appointed and functional. My small gripe would be there is no option for a firm pillow. Theres also a small fridge in the room that came in handy, whole foods is a 10 min walk down the road.
The gym was quite impressive. I was not expecting that from a Courtyard. The lobby was so spacious and just had a really great vibe. The breakfast is your typical hotel fare, nothing to rave or rant about. If you are a health nut like me, make sure you check if you are being served fresh eggs or boxed powdered or liquid eggs which most hotels are doing these days
Not being familiar with Bellevue, I really love the location of this hotel. YOu can get to essential spots within 10 -20 mins of walk.
Highly recommend this place and will surely be back in my next trip instead of staying in Seattle
