Modern quality hotel in résidentiel area
Pros:

Modern, functional, super clean. In a quiet area of the Town. Amazing breakfast buffet.

Cons:

A bit cold, not much atmosphère. Evening restaurant and bar a bit empty.

Rustig hotel op wandelafstand van puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

Rustige locatie dichtbij puerto de la Cruz. Prachtige tuin, zeer hygiënisch en personeel heel gastvrij! Lekkere maaltijden zowel ontbijt als diner.

Cons:

Alles helemaal naar wens. Het weer had iets beter mogen zijn maar daar kan het hotel niets aan veranderen 😉

Az arborétumszerű parkja, a személyzet kedvessége és nyelvtudása, a fűtött medence, a tisztaság, kényelmes ágy, kitűnő konyha, kávégép a szobában, a kilátás az óceánra, úgy egészben minden.

Pros:

We had a great stay overall! The hotel is set in a lovely park and has beautiful gardens. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning crew were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. The pool was lovely and warm which was great for our toddler. The hotel is absolutely spotless and was great value for money.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was not good. The age profile at the hotel was on the higher side and so the pool area was very quiet even with lots of people there, so with a rowdy toddler sometimes we were conscious of that. The parking for the hotel is paid and limited but there's plenty of free parking close to the hotel so we didn't really find that to be a problem.

Pros:

Das einzige Hotel in Puerto, was ich guten Gewissens und mit der Sicherheit mich erholen zu können, immer wieder buchen würde. Personal nett, supersauber, freundliche Ausstattung, schöner Pool, toller Garten, toller Ausblick, alles wirkt und wird gepflegt.

Hotel Parfait.
Pros:

Tout, l'accueil parfait et clair. La chambre propre et le service au bar et a la piscine parfait. Le restaurant à la carte absolument fabuleux et le petit déjeuner royal. On était presque triste de partir.

Pros:

Accueil incroyable, personnel toujours disponible et chaleureux.
Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le service à table du dîner très appréciable, la piscine est magnifique avec un plagiste qui vous installe matelas, serviettes et parasols.
Bref hôtel au top.

Cons:

Ce n’était pas un problème pour moi mais les échanges ne se font qu’en anglais ou en allemand, on ne parle pas français aux Canaries.

Super séjour ! Hôtel familial et calme. Restauration de qualité.
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits en demi-pension fin mars dans cet hôtel familial dont la clientèle était majoritairement allemande et plutôt âgée. Le personnel, qui ne parle pas français, a été très agréable, attentionné et efficace. Nous avons demandé à bénéficier d'un frigo dans la chambre et il a été installé immédiatement. Nous avons apprécié le calme dans l'ensemble des espaces, y compris dans la salle de restauration. La chambre était bien insonorisée et les portes peu bruyantes. Le jardin est particulièrement beau et la piscine chauffée (26 degrés). Les repas sont servis à table avec un choix de deux menus complets, différents chaque jour et de qualité. Un buffet de hors d'œuvres et desserts est aussi disponible. 3 fois par semaine, un musicien ou un groupe folklorique se produisent au bar.

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient trop plats à notre goût. Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé dommage l'absence d'une musique d'ambiance au bar le soir. Ca ne donnait pas tellement envie de s'y poser.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très calme et de taille humaine, il bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, en surplomb, avec une vue magnifique sur le Teide, la mer et le jardin planté de palmiers. Puerto de la Cruz est à 10-15 min à pied et c'est très agréable de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture.
C'est un excellent point de départ pour visiter les sites incontournables.
Tout est fait pour le bien-être du client qui a le sentiment d'être respecté : le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner est royal, les dîners sont excellents et variés, tout est propre et soigné.
Nous reviendrons!

Cons:

Se garer est problématique car le parking public indiqué par l'hôtel est saturé la plupart du temps et l’hôtel ne dispose pas lui-même de beaucoup de places payantes. ( 8€/jour).

Amazing stay in Puerto de la Cruz.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, internet worked well. I had Teide view that was amazing. All amenities as expected. Staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I experienced diner at the restaurant and food and service was amazing.
