Weather did affect our stay this time However were able to rest and relaxin the hotel
Pros:

Excellent every day something to look forward to Sadly the weather was disappointing affecting the wonderful views we have experienced on previous stays We just love the gardens

Cons:

We were not very happy with the table d, hote On our last evening the main course of entrecôte with apple was not as discribed and we could not eat it However all the meals in the à la care restaurant were excellent

Pros:

This was a repeat visit to one of our favourite hotels and we will be staying there again in future (Many of the other guests were also regular visitors). Perfect in every aspect; you are always very well looked after!

Muchas Gracias, es war ein Traum.
Pros:

Es war wunderschön im Hotel Tigaiga. Das Hotel ist von Deutschen geführt. Das merkt man. Allerhöchster Standard, sauber, zuvorkommend, hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet! Obwohl es nicht mehr das modernste Haus ist, ist nichts abgenutzt oder alt. Es ist alles in Top Zustand und sehr sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist der traumhafte Garten und die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und den Teide. Eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Das Frühstück und das Essen (sowohl im Hotel Halbpension Restaurant als auch im a la Carte Restaurant) war ausgezeichnet.
Am Pool wurde man sofort mit Polstern und einem Handtuch versorgt und es wurde einem der Schirm geöffnet.
An der Rezeption wurde man sehr freundlich empfangen und immer nett gegrüßt.
Wir haben 5 Nächte dort verbracht.

Cons:

Die Lüftung/Klimanalage ist etwas laut und man hörte im Zimmer ein stetiges "Brummen". Wir sind nicht geräuschempfindlich aber eventuell ist das jemandem wichtig.
Die Parksituation in der Umgebung ist sehr angespannt. Daher empfehlenswert einen Parkplatz beim Hotel dazuzubuchen. Bei uns war das sogar unkompliziert am Anreisetag möglich! Mit 8€ pro Tag ganz ok und man muss sich keinen Kopf mehr machen.

Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit wundervoller Parkanlage und mit durchwegs freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage mit den Parkanlagen und die Aussicht ist ausserordentlich, ebenso das durchwegs freundliche Personal (ein Markenzeichen des Hotels!).

Cons:

Der Balkon lag auf der Schattenseite, aber ich war selber schuld, weil ich zu spät gebucht hatte. :-)

Entspannender und gemütlicher Hotelurlaub in wunderschönem Garten und toller Lage.
Pros:

Ein sehr gut, von Famile über Generationen geführtes Hotel, sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon, freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pool, tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und fantastische Lage oberhalb Puerto de la Cruz.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Beautiful setting high above the town with gorgeous gardens, terraces and pool. Comfortable rooms with balcony and great views of sea and mountains.

Cons:

The breakfast quality could be improved with better cheeses and all fresh fruit not tinned. Eggs etc should be cooked to order.
