Pros:

Un hotel tranquilo, con muy buenas vistas. La ubicación es buena para aparcar de forma gratuita alrededor, andando estás en puerto de la cruz en 15 minutos, lo complicado es la subida. El desayuno bien, variado, y la cena es de carta a elegir entre un par de platos cada noche y un buffet de ensaladas.
Habitación amplia y muy cómoda.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens. Friendly, helpful, diligent staff.
Good food. Lots of healthy salads, fruit etc. as well as set menu with choices. Delicious desserts.
Comfy beds. Everything spotlessly clean.
Many of the staff and most of the guests are German. I can speak German but all the reception staff can speak good English.
Nice pool areas and enough sun loungers.
Lots of places to sit in the gardens or bar/ lounge areas. Super views of the town and the sea.

Cons:

The hotel is a fair walk downhill or a taxi ride (about 4 or 5 euros) to the town centre.
Very few local shops and they don't stock much.
Bath and hand towels a bit thin.
Slightly odd, long, narrow pillows on beds.

Hotel muy tranquilo con habitaciones amplias limpias cómodas bien insonorizadas. Jardines y piscina espectacular con buenas vistas. Lo mejor la atención y el servicio de todo el personal. Enhorabuena.

Hervorragendes Hotel in toller, ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Verpflegung und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück (Buffet), tolle Lage (ruhig). Hotel hat einen schönen Palmengarten und von dort auch schöne Aussicht nach Puerto de la Cruz. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Auch abends gutes Restaurant (entweder via Halbpension oder a la Carte). Personal sehr freundlich und kann oft sogar deutsch (deutsche Familie führt das Hotel). Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden und privat (nicht an der Strasse etc).

Cons:

Für mich war das jetzt kein Problem, aber man muss wissen, dass die Restaurants zumindest "offiziell" um 22h schliessen. Will man also etwas länger trinken / feiern, ist es vielleicht ratsam, in den Ort zu laufen oder fahren.

Eine sehr schöne Woche im einen sehr schönen Hotel, wir kommen sehr gerne und ganz sicher wieder!!
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr netter Empfang, prima Servicepersonal! Sehr schöne Lage, alle Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten, der Stadt und Meer ( Weg auch seitlich).
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ohne Beanstandungen! Morgens Buffet, es blieben keine Wünsche offen, abends Auftrag zwischen k zwei Hauptspeisen, da könnte man sich noch eine weitere Auswahl vorstellen. Essen jedenfalls sehr gut und ausreichend in der Menge!
Ganz tolle Hotelanlage, äußerst gepflegt und wunderschön anzusehen oder auch zu nutzen ( ausreichende Sitzmöglichkeiten). Frühstück morgens im Freien ein Genuss! Abend leider zu kalt um im Freien zu essen, was allerdings Hotelseitig möglich gewesen wäre! Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz ist hervorzuheben ( 15 Minuten zu Fuß), wenn auch sehr abschüssig (Treppen durch angrenzenden Park) oder anstrengender Aufstieg bei dem Rückweg.

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist das ein unterkühltes, kahles Treppenhaus sowie die Flure auf den einzelnen Etagen zu den Zimmern. Hier würde jegliche Gemütlichkeit mittels Bildern oder Dekoration das rundum sehr gute Gesamtbild abrunden.
