I am a lifetime Diamond member of Hilton Honors. I have never seen more apathetic service at a Hilton property. I was moved to complain for the first time to Hilton through the Guest assistance contact and was promised on multiple occasions that the local HGI management would reach out to me to discuss my issues. In keeping with their utter lack of care, I have heard nothing from them for over a month despite me reminding the corporate Guest Assistance multiple times that the local management had done nothing.
My suggestion is to find another place to stay if you have any expectation of professional service.

Too much noise by the pool late at night.
No breakfast included so didn't have it. Expected to be able to get a cup of coffee on my way out in the morning but no coffee available from the urns by the door. They'd run out.
The staff person, Tristan, who checked me in refused to speak up. I'm hard of hearing (but wear hearing aids so you wouldn't know it) but Tristan refused to speak at an audible volume. I struggled to hear anything he mumbled at me. He refused eye contact. I observed him speaking jovially at a normal volume with men - just not with this elder woman. I had to interact with Tristan constantly as my room keys failed to work 4 different times. Very aggravating.

Great hotel! Amazing staff! Super convenient and always a great stay! This is the only hotel I will stay in after previous stays in the area!
I’ve stayed at this location about 15 times. The rooms are always clean and affordable. Darcie at the front desk is super friendly. I plan to continue to book my hotel stays in Warwick here. Added bonus they have a great restaurant attached..

I did appreciate after bringing up all of the issues with the room that they were able to credit some money back
The toilet in the room was leaking. The ceiling fan did not work at all. Not to mention when they cleaned the room, they didn't restock the toilet paper or the wash rags.

Terrible noise of the neighboring room, including children knocking on our door both nights after midnight. Room next door with unsupervised young children age below 10 years old, throwing objects against our side door inside our room until 1:00 am. Went to the front desk at 11:30 pm to kindly ask how to curtail the excessive noise and the banging on my outside door as well, in the middle of the night. I was told someone else called the police regarding this problem and was advised to go back to my room. Nothing was done to stop the noise, and no police officers or staff showed up after repeated requests in a kind manner. Also, the morning before, starting approximately 5:30 am, the banging and excessive children's screaming without an adult in the room was not addressed. As a traveler, I can say that minimal to nothing from the staff addressed this situation, and I have not experienced this in 30 years of travel. I realize staff members do not have control over patrons, but this needed attention.
I travel a lot for work, and Jacob was one of the friendliest front desk concierge I have ever met! He was so helpful and really wanted me to have a great experience. He made me a life long Hilton person forever!

Not happy. On Feb 5th, Thursday night around 930-10 PM, I booked a stay for Feb 7th - 8th on booking.com. Somehow the order went through as Feb 5-6th. I awoke on the 6th to the reservation being cancelled but my CC was hit. I called Booking and was informed that Booking would call hotel and move the reservation to the 7th -8th. They were awaiting the call back from hotel and would return a call to me which never happened. On Friday the 6th, I was driving by the hotel and decided to stop in and inquire. I was told I could book the 7th - 8th, with CC AGAIN, and that a manager would return a call to me to resolve the billing. I never received a call. Upon check-in on Saturday the 7th, no manager on site and still no call. So i have two hits on my cc, and no call back.
