I had a fantastic stay and couldn't be happier with my experience. Jacob, Anthony, and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly made the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

One of the greatest hotel experiences I have ever had. Anthony and Jacob showed us exceptional hospitality and customer service we felt like we never left home. Highly recommend this hotel over others in the area, everything about this place is good family fun.

A nearly perfect experience. What detracted from perfect? Guest rooms are cleaned only once every other day, and Nothing is replenished: No fresh towels, No new coffee and tea pods for in-room coffee maker, no replacement of bottled water.

Surely trash cans can be emptied, used towels removed, and products mentioned above can be replaced EVERY DAY. Guests must appear at check in counter to request “extra” items.

All else was Wonderful: crisp modern decor, showers, light bulbs, and AC worked! The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Jacob and sue at the front desk were the best! They made us feel comfortable to ask any questions and made the atmosphere all that more pleasant! The hotel and our room was very clean and we have no complaints!

I recently completed a 4-month business trip and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, and I cannot say enough good things about the incredible service I received from Jacob and Darcy.
From day one, they made me feel truly welcomed. Every evening when I returned after long workdays, they greeted me with warm smiles and friendly conversation that instantly made the hotel feel like home. Their attention to detail and genuine care turned what could have been a long, impersonal stay into a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Jacob and Darcy consistently went above and beyond—whether it was helping with requests, remembering small preferences, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their impeccable service made all the difference during my extended stay.
If you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning and will be asking for Jacob and Darcy by name. Thank you both for making my 4 months here so pleasant!

Friendly very helpful staff

Convenient for travelers.

We used this hotel for our wedding room block and they were so easy to work with! Angela and Darcie were always prompt in responding to emails, and sent monthly updates as to who booked in the room block. Everything the weekend of our wedding went so smoothly, and we even rented out a room to host a farewell breakfast which was really fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel for room blocks, or even just a stay in RI!

I appreciated that the maintenance worker responded quickly to clean the elevator after a group of teenagers spilled a drink and smeared Nutella on the elevator wall. His prompt attention helped keep the area clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
