Not happy. On Feb 5th, Thursday night around 930-10 PM, I booked a stay for Feb 7th - 8th on booking.com. Somehow the order went through as Feb 5-6th. I awoke on the 6th to the reservation being cancelled but my CC was hit. I called Booking and was informed that Booking would call hotel and move the reservation to the 7th -8th. They were awaiting the call back from hotel and would return a call to me which never happened. On Friday the 6th, I was driving by the hotel and decided to stop in and inquire. I was told I could book the 7th - 8th, with CC AGAIN, and that a manager would return a call to me to resolve the billing. I never received a call. Upon check-in on Saturday the 7th, no manager on site and still no call. So i have two hits on my cc, and no call back.

Shower smelled like pee and was very dirty

I didn't get a chance to dislike anything.It was an over night stay. But I use this facility whenever I am in town.
My son and I stayed at this hotel during the blizzard and the staff made the best of a bad situation outstanding. We were stuck in R.I traveling back to Jacksonville Florida. Pam and Kim were so kind and as I sat in the lobby watching them care for everyone's demands and keeping a smile even when some customers were kind of rude .. tension was high due to flights being canceled. Thank you so much for making this horrible situation bearable..
I chose this location because it was close to the airport and I knew that the restaurant next door Iron Works is excellent. However, when I arrived I found out that this property is exceptional; the lobby is warm and welcoming, almost as welcoming as Darcie and Angela (the Blondes) at the front counter. They were professional, courteous and made my day after a cross-country trip from LAX. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I travel here for business.
Darcie has been absolutely sensational for the past four years. Every time I arrive at the Hilton Warwick Providence, she greets me by name with the biggest smile. She makes me feel remembered, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. She is always accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is seamless. It’s because of team members like Darcie that I continue to return. She is a true gem.
I also like the Restaurant ironworks is excellent. After driving all day for work, it’s nice to not need to do any more driving.
I’ve never had a bad meal! They have a corn bread, shrimp dish that’s to die for a must have

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick earlier this month. We got up (very) early and used the handy covered walkway to get to the airport terminal.
During the flight, I realized a had left my diamond ring in the room.
I called the front desk to explain our situation. After a couple of searches, it was located by the staff. In particular, Lee Buchanon was very helpful as she kept me informed every step of the way.
I want to say how grateful I am to the staff in helping us recover a very personal item. Jacob at the front desk was very courteous and professional.

I stayed here for an extended time because I was working in the area and I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always nice and the attached restaurant is nice amenity. Special thanks to Darcie at the front desk for always making me feel welcome!

The staff is consistently warm, professional, and welcoming, making every stay comfortable and stress-free. Darcie and Kim especially stand out — they go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and taken care of, and their kindness never goes unnoticed.
The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, with comfortable rooms and great amenities that make long-term stays enjoyable. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and the overall atmosphere is safe, quiet, and relaxing.
