This was my second stay. First was better.
Pros:

Breakfast is good. Staff is good.

Cons:

My heat was not working. Did not get an adjustment on my bill.
Also I did not like being that close to the elevator.

Just close to airport
Pros:

Left to early for the breakfast, early flights from the airport seem to have nothing to eat or coffee at that time. Other then that close proximity to airport is what we book for and the Iron Works restaurant

Cons:

At least coffee in the early morning would be nice

Amazing!!!
Pros:

We were in RI for our 17th Anniversary and this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. As soon as we stepped in the lobby we were greeted warmly and I noticed how clean everything looked and smelled(I'm a bit of a clean freak). The front desk staff made sure we knew where everything was and what was available. We had a King Suite that was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hot tub and pool area were very clean and the outdoor patio area was amazing to sit at in the evening. Our stay was perfect!

Hotel needs to fix the window treatments for room darkening!
Pros:

Building was clean, parking a little tight as restaurant in same building is very popular, breakfast is expensive and nothing fancy enough to warrant the price, but the room was nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

My only real issue but it's a big one! The heavy drapes do not go over the entire big window, only the sheers go across the entire center of the window. Parking lot lights shine in the window all night long and the sun comes in first thing in the AM, I slept poorly because my room was not dark at night. The tracks for the drapes do not run across the whole window so clearly this was an intentional choice and it negatively impacted my entire rating for my stay.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed again, hotel comped us a room last time for a broken toilet. This stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this Hilton hotel. Great staff, clean new rooms, everything is great. Highly recommend.

Late night flight one night’s stay
Pros:

Across the street from airport garage.

Cons:

Having to walk from parking lot on the side of the building to front to check in at almost midnight. As a solo woman traveler it was a bit scary.

A must Restaurant Hotel hotspot !
Pros:

Exceptional service from the time I arrived until I actually left (of course with a late Check-out time)
Everyone was very professional and extremely polite and friendly.
I just wanted to thank the entire staff and wish them a Great Holiday Season!
Also a Huge Shout out to the Wonderful Restaurant right there in the same building.
If you’re by Green Airport stop by the Restaurant you won’t be disappointed
I would give them a 5 Star Review!!!

Location.

Cons:

First room we got was not cleaned, walked into someone else’s dirty room. Second room was also filthy, bathroom floor was leaking from under the floor boards. Needed shoes to use it. Disgusting all around.

Great hotel and location.
Pros:

It was my first time at this hotel, I'm very happy with everything and I'll be using this place as my regular stop off twice a month from now on.
