Safe, decently clean for 1 night stays only.
Pros:

Clean. Dinner was delicious.

Cons:

The facility is rundown and dated. The floor is ripping apart in our 2 rooms. The carpet in the hallway are worn out. The smokers around the pool. More like a motel and not hotel.
