Localização boa, quarto ok, mas essa experiência com a chave fará com que não retornemos ou indiquemos o hotel.

Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Perdemos a chave do quarto e não havia ninguém na recepção ou hotel após as 21h. Ligamos para o número informado e ficamos aguardando 2 horas para chegada de um responsável para abrir nosso quarto. O mesmo não pode substituir nossas chaves, então passamos a noite com medo de alguém achar a chave e entrar no quarto. Essa foi a experiência má na acomodação. Fiz uma reclamação e não recebi um pedido de desculpas, alem de uma mensagem vinda da recepção dizendo: “Sorry for the late answer.
But since we talked on the phone and already met to provide the new key.
We would like to apologise for our people who took too long to help you out when you lost your key yesterday.”

Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

Appart hôtel hyper bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix, une chambre très correct en terme de surface avec kitchenette, équipement au top.
Le staff est hyper arrangeant et super serviable, mention spéciale pour Serge qui a fait tout son possible pour nous rendre service.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour les lits jumeaux trop fermes et très petits (70cm) - 10 cm de plus n’auraient pas été de trop d’autant que la chambre est assez grande.

Perfect location for a 4+ nights stay.
Pros:

Great value for money!
Location is actually good to be out of town a bit as you get walk through more and see more. But also easy tram access.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard but I still slept fine, so that’s ok.

City Residence
Pros:

Everything, room was clean, well equipped for self catering, bathroom very clean with toiletries supplied. Staff very helpful and location was ideal for local transport, restaurants and bars, definitely recommend this accommodation and we will be back

Séjour de 4 jours à bordeaux
Pros:

Situé à proximité de la promenade, de la Cité du vin et du centre ville de Bordeaux. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur le parking (couvert) et pu tout faire à pied.
Le petit déjeuner était correct.
Les chambres sont insonorisées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place (vaisselle, four micro-onde plaque de cuisson)

Cons:

Nous étions un couple et à notre arrivée il ne restait plus de chambre double malgré le fait que nous avions réservé plusieurs mois à l’avance, nous avons donc eu des lits jumeaux !
