DECEPCIONANTE
Pros:

La habitacion que nos dieron, una cuadruple

Cons:

La actitud del personal de recepción. Tuvimos un robo en el coche justo fuera del hotel, en el que tras rompernos la luna trasera se llevaron 2 maletas, y salvo una chica que intentó ayudarnos , el resto, incluyendo el director que se metió en su oficina sin incluso preguntarnos nada, no hicieron nada. De hecho estuvimos 2 dias más y en ningún momento nos preguntaron cómo habían ido las gestiones con la denuncia en la comisaría ni si nos hacía falta algo.

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Eramos tres personas en un dúplex. Las camas normalitas pero la relación calidad precio es buena. Lógicamente si buscas un hotel de 5 estrellas este no lo es, pero sin buscar lujo, está muy bien.
Tienen plazas de garaje por 12 euros al día.

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser un poco mejor.

Really nice, chilled place to stay in a nice residence and good location. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, parking, spacious rooms. Allows pets.

Cons:

Breakfast lady was quite grumpy and rude on each morning to us and other guests. All other staff on desk and cleaners were lovely and polite.

Great value
Pros:

The room was nice and warm on arrival, an extremely comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Great location, 5 mins walk from the riverfront and trams. The reception staff were superb and breakfast was better than expected. Great value for money.

Cons:

I'd have to be really picky to list the negatives.
