Pros:

Lovely location , took us around 35 minutes by bus from Waverley station, I’d say the best stay for the night with the best view, 5 minutes walk to the bridge harbour, 15 minutes walk to the Deep Sea world,
Great breakfast and the best stuff.

Great friendly hotel with accommodating young staff.
Pros:

Good sized room friendly staff and peaceful reception area. Only the shower floor tiles grout was discoloured and looked grubby.
