The service in the restaurant is off somewhat. Had to ask to order and not asked if we wanted subsequent drinks. I went to the bar myself for the drinks...

Otherwise OK and I would come back
Pros:

loved the room, spacious, clean

Cons:

breakfast was overcooked-didn't both with cooked food on second morning
chicken curry was overcooked, meat just went into strings
Steak frites - steak was tough and no steak knife to cut it with

I would definitely stay again
Pros:

We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Service was very good too. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Comfortable stay but pricy car parking
Pros:

Good sized room with big and comfortable bed.
Handy for visiting family. We stay many times a year. Front of house staff helpful.

Cons:

We were disappointed to see that management are starting a payment for car parking. The hotel isn’t cheap and this seems unnecessary for guests staying overnight in a location that’s only accessible by car. Please re think.

Could of been so much better
Pros:

The room, the view and the staff were all fantastic

Cons:

The property was great but we both found the bed extremely hard and it left us both having a poor and painful sleep. Wasn’t impressed with the cooked breakfast.
