Great views of the bridge. Room clean and decor fresh. Cleaning very high standard. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant had good selection at breakfast and all day menu had plenty of choices for lunches or dinner .
Only need to be aware if not driving it’s a fair walk to get to the village but we were happy to walk and taxis readily available.

No too bad but price could have been a bit cheaper, and of course.....more cookies !
We have stayed here many times, due to early morning flights coming into Edinburgh airport, it’s good for staying over before our journey home 3/4 hours. We normally get a hot cookie which we look forward to, but on this occasion the chap on the front desk forgot and we had to ask and we also had no bottles of water in the fridges!
I feel when booking I have to be very specific with sending messages to ensure late night staff that we will arrive after 12pm as flights do not come in till 1.10am.

Room 1 I ran a bath before I got in I noticed the bedroom floor soaked but bathroom was dry .called the reception they quickly found me another room although it kinda felt like a downgrade as had no bath .there was hair in sink and shower I put this down to being moved.when the toilet flushed there was gargling from the shower and in the morning there was a strong sewer smell in bathroom one I went in shower this went away but did leave feeling slightly underwhelmed
View was amazing onsite restaurant was decent.
Having to pay to park, drains smell in the bathroom from time to time. Illuminate mirror in bathroom didn't work.

The staff are quick to say no. Even though they were always polite.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Room was spacious and we could see the 3 bridges from our window. Our one complain was that the window doesnt open in the room we were i. Breakfast was great and te restaurant had terrific views of the bridges too.

Breakfast was nice and the view of the bridge was nice but I found the doors of the restaurant creaky and including my room door. I didn’t like the toilet flush which was behind the toilet pan.
