It was ok!
Pros:

The little breakfast was fine.

Cons:

I didn't like the decor. The beds looked like they were slept in. The TV didn't come on! It had to be downloaded. Unruly kid was in the next room hollering until 2 o'clock in the morning. Maybe one good thing while there, they were renovating. Bigger TV's and other furniture.

Cons:

In the middle of renovations so they’re putting people in rooms that the amenities don’t work. Then when you bring the problems to them they have an attitude. Like you shouldn’t have been booking these rooms out and the tv, heat, hot water in bathroom doesn’t work. Our keys didn’t work to our room so we had to keep the key card envelope in the door in order to get back in the room unless we wanted to have the front desk person let us in but they never were at the front desk!

Great place to when visiting to stay at
Pros:

Staff are very friendly. Very nice place.

Cons:

We liked everything. Has a nice warm pool for swimming. Nice breakfast. Nice room. And nice interior of the building.

Asked for a late checkout from the moment I booked my room on booking.com and got a “reply to my request” saying my request was approved. I get to the hotel and am told by the front desk lady that I do not have a late checkout out and she can’t do anything about it. I asked for late checkout since we weren’t checking in until almost 1am. Then we get to the room and it looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. $200 for an old crappy room for 10 hours

Pros:

The lovely woman working the front desk for the night shift was fabulous. Very helpful, accommodating. Prepared a great breakfast for her guests. Very pleasant.

Cons:

They stated in the details they would be taking a $250 deposit and they accept cards. When we arrived with my 3 month old baby who just got discharged from the hospital they demanded we pay a $100 cash deposit. Even though they stated on the wall they accept all cards for the deposit.

Lie to get business

I called and specifically asked for joint room. The gentlemen that I spoke to assure me that he had put in the request and it wouldn't be a problem. But when I arrived I was told that they couldn't give me a joint room as they are remodeling and their joint rooms are on the 4th floor. I was also told that I needed a $100 cash deposit, that I was not told when I called. There was an issues with getting towels for the pool questioning the amount of quest I had when I had two rooms. No accommodation or anything was offered for the inconvenience

Damien’s birthday went okay but will not return
Pros:

They let me check in an hour early.

Cons:

The rooms needed more attention and the amount of dust is ridiculous on the bedside lamps and other things.
The windows are not suicide safe they have locks as homes do.
