It was practically brand new
I disliked that there were old beds everywhere due to renovation but you can’t be mad that they were renovating. The biggest thing that made me irritated is that I had to use there ATM to leave a cash deposit bc they wouldn’t put the deposit on my card or they didn’t tell me that there was a deposit until I got there so I could get cash out and not get there fees

The pool area was nice.
It was nice, but it was just under construction.
The stay was good, room could have been cleaned better, you can tell that no one inspect the room behind housekeeper. Toilet seat was not that clean it could be replaced and hair was in sink. Bed slept good! The front desk employee had knocked on the door and when no one answered she decided to come in.She looked startled when she seen me come to the door, she said, “I was looking for a cart”, however I thought that was a no, no because she had no business entering our room. We had checked in that night and it was the next day. She could have called the room so I wasn’t feeling good about leaving my belongings of value when I left the room. They were doing renovations. I believe it will look nice when done. Staff was alright and you have to put a $100 cash deposit down. I left to go to an atm. All the time they had one and the front desk didn’t tell me. Customer service can be better and informed guest about the services, like breakfast stop at 9:30am. However I will give them another visit after renovations.
Good location, bed was comfortable.
They are under construction and there is literally 15 foot stacks of old mattresses taking up half the lobby and boxes lining the halls. The pool looked nice but the hot tub has been concreted over and I booked solely for the hot tub feature. My key card quit working and so did my husband's. Instead of giving me a new card she just reset it 3 times and when it never worked she let me in with her master key card. I was left with one of us being in the room at all times or we were locked out. Pretty disappointing stay but the value was good.
