Close to the airport.

I wish I had a better check-in experience. When I made my booking, I left a note requesting a high floor with a nice view since it was my birthday yesterday. At the very least, I was hoping for a view that wasn’t blocked.

At check-in, I mentioned my preference again, but the receptionist assigned me a ground-floor room. When I went back to kindly ask about a higher floor, she responded dismissively with, “What? What do you want? We only have two floors,” and sent me away without trying to help. It felt unprofessional and disappointing.

If she had at least checked and explained that no rooms were available, I would have completely understood. But instead, it came across as rude and dismissive. If being asked questions by guests feels bothersome, maybe this isn’t the right role for her.

For me, it’s about customer service. I would accept that kind of treatment if I were staying for free, but not when I paid for the hotel. The room itself was clean and the location convenient, but I wish I had received the friendly service that so many other guests have mentioned in their reviews.

Hotel doesn't serve dinner but doesn't bother me much. You can walk to other places to eat around there.

Very clean. Surprisingly quiet.
Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly however.
Very easy to walk to international departures at the airport.
Would go again.

Great Hotel. 10 minutes walk from the airport. Clean and spacious. Nice to have a restaurant next to it.

It was convenient for the airport but bit overpriced for the facilities provided. The staff were friendly and helful but more staff were required kn the bar area, poor man running around back and forth

near the airport.

We stayed in this hotel as it was convenient to Nantes airport for flight the next day. It was a nice evening and there was a small swimming pool at hotel so we ordered a Aperol Spritz that was advertised on a big board beside pool. However they said “because it was the weekend, they couldn’t serve us any cocktails” We were incredulous that a hotel can’t serve an Aperol Spritz?? Later we went to the hotel restaurant to go for dinner but they only served snacks and sandwiches, again for the same reason “it was the weekend”!! This is not good enough for the price they charge for the room

Hotel pour 1 nuit. Bon accueil. Chambre très propre et petit déjeuner excellent dans un cadre agréable. De plus il est situé très près de l'aéroport. A recommander.

Conveniently located across the airport. A bit pricy but worth it if you fly out early morning!

Le cuisinier a parfaitement cuit le poulpe c'est très rare Bravo.
