Pros:

Kedvesek voltak az alkalmazottak.

Cons:

A fürdőszobai csapok elég elavultak voltak, igénytelen hatást keltett. A szobánkra ráfért volna egy karbantartás, a falak itt-ott le voltak kopva, nem volt elég tisztaság, lehetne a friss szobákban jó illat, ha belép az ember:)

We had a great time at this hotel, we were impresed by the care and atention given to the clients.
Pros:

The food was delicious, rich, fresh and varied.
The room was nice, clean, cozy and spacious with a large balcony and whatever we might have needed.
The staff was very kind and prompt in handling requests (Thank you again for everything!).
We enjoyed an excellent Wi-Fi service (we needed to work remotely for a few days and we had no problem with the connection).
The pool area is so nice, perfect for relaxation (you feel like you are in heaven).
There are shows every night (music, dance, illusionism etc.) and the scene is set in the large and beautiful garden.

Cons:

Nothing bothered us, everything was perfect.

Pros:

We ontvingen een upgrade van onze kamers waardoor we konden verblijven in ruime suite kamers, fantastisch. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, veel keuze, goed verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijke personeel in het ganse hotel.

Дуже дивно, що пляжні полотенця можна замінити з брудних на чисті тільки одну годину, ще й особисто. Треба спеціально повертатись з пляжу заради цього
