Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant, aidant pour nous véhiculer et attendre la fin de nos visites.
Ménage dans la chambre après 2 nuits si le séjour se prolonge, complément en bouteille d’eau très agréable.

Una estancia maravillosa y, sobre todo, un trato humano excepcional.

Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy cuidada. Me acompañaron a cambiar dinero, me llevaron hasta Pidurangala para ver el amanecer y, lo que más valoro, esperaron allí hasta que terminé la visita y bajé de la montaña.

Hoy, al marcharme hacia Kandy, llegó mi coche con conductor y el personal del hotel incluso tomó sus datos por seguridad antes de dejarme marchar. Ese detalle me emocionó muchísimo y demuestra el cuidado y la preocupación que tienen por sus huéspedes.

Me he sentido acompañada, segura y muy bien atendida durante toda mi estancia. ❤️

Muchísimas gracias por vuestra amabilidad, vuestra cercanía y por hacer que mi paso por Sigiriya haya sido todavía más especial.

Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel y volvería

The room was not cleaned (even though we specifically requested it through the Booking app). Their explanation was because they couldn’t clean without us being on the property, for security purposes (?), which we never heard in any other hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Royal Rock Sigiriya et nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel !

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, souriant et attentionné. À chaque retour de visite, ils nous accueillaient avec le sourire et des bouteilles d’eau fraîches. Ce sont de petites attentions qui font vraiment la différence.

La piscine est superbe et surtout, la vue est exceptionnelle : on aperçoit directement le rocher du Lion de Sigiriya. Le cadre est magnifique, au milieu de la nature et des rizières. On entend les animaux le soir et on peut même voir des paons juste en face de l’hôtel. En se promenant un peu sur la route, on découvre également un joli lac à proximité.

La nourriture est excellente et vraiment très peu chère. Il suffit de commander à l’avance, par exemple à 18h pour dîner à 20h, et tout est prêt à l’heure. Les plats sont très bons, frais et servis avec le sourire.

Enfin, les chambres étaient très propres, rien à redire.

Un hôtel simple, chaleureux, avec un cadre exceptionnel et surtout une équipe formidable. Nous y avons passé un super moment et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe ! 🇱🇰❤️

Un angolo di paradiso! La struttura è vicina al centro di Sigiriya ma allo stesso tempo appartata, i letti sono comodissimi e la colazione è buona. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, tutto perfetto!

L’emplacement idéal au calme de la vile mais accessible à pieds ou en tuc tuc . Chambres spacieuses balcon très appréciable. L’équipe se charge de vous faire passer un très beau et bon séjour tout est à la carte , une grande flexibilité et facilité pour l’organisation d’excursion ou conseils.

Parfait pour un hôtel bon rapport qualité prix en famille

Très bon wifi, chambres simples mais propre , bon rapport qualité prix, piscine agréable, et surtout bien placé pour rayonner dans les différentes activités - le service laundry était parfait 👍 et très pratique ! Nous avions pris une chambre avec balcon et une autre sans- nous avons ete gentiment surclassé à l étage pour les 2 chambres , vue sur lion’s rock !

Cons:

Pas de coffre dans toutes les chambres - on en avait 2 et une d elle en avait un donc c était pas un problème pour nous -

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und versucht immer alles möglich zu machen. Man kann Ausflüge und Transporte direkt über die Unterkunft organisieren lassen, was hervorragend klappt. Statt dem Western Breakfast war es kein Problem auch Sri Lankan Breakfast zu bekommen. Kostenloses Wasser stand zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Da wir 3 Nächte geblieben sind, haben wir eine bessere Zimmerkategorie bekommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte ein paar kleine Mängel.
