للأسف تجربتي في فندق RIN كانت سيئة جدًا. الغرفة كانت وسخة وغير مرتبة، والأهم أنه طوال فترة إقامتنا لم يدخل أحد لتنظيف الغرفة أو تغيير المناشف وترتيبها. كنا نتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير من فندق بهذا الاسم. تجربة غير مرضية ولا أنصح بها.
ثانيًا، عند الحجز كتبت بوضوح أن وقت وصولي سيكون حوالي الساعة 3 صباحًا. عند وصولي للفندق طلبوا مني دفع مبلغ إضافي بنسبة 30% بحجة أن الوقت المحدد للحجز قد انتهى. إذا كنت تعرف أن الزبون سيصل الساعة 3 صباحًا، فلماذا تقبل الحجز بهذا الشكل ثم تطلب منه مبلغًا إضافيًا عند الوصول؟
بصراحة، أشعر أن التعامل كان غير عادل، وأنصح أي شخص بالحذر وقراءة شروط الحجز جيدًا وعدم الاعتماد فقط على ما يظهر أثناء الحجز.
I only used the shuttle service from the hotel itself to the airport. The driver was friendly and the transfer was on time and departed as per the advertised schedule. Very happy with this service as it ran every hour from the hotel.
The location while conveniently close to the airport was a little noisy with the planes going by every few minutes at certain times of the day, but it is something that I am okay with because of the proximity to the airport
die Lobbybar, schließt bereits um 23 Uhr...ab da wird kein Alkohol mehr ausgeschenkt....und die sollte bei so einem Hotel, schon bis ca. 1 Uhr geöffnet sein
