Used to be my favorite hotel since me and my family started traveling with transit in Bucharest. Clean rooms, great location and really good breakfast
Booked room for 2 people: 1 adult and 1 child 12 y.o. with breakfast and hotel staff told me that only one 1 breakfast was prepaid and payment for the second should be done in the hotel. My booking confirmation showed that breakfast included in the final price, no wording that breakfast is only for one person. And if you think it might be because the second guest is minor you are mistaken, cause the price for 2 adults with breakfast is the same as the price for 1 adult and 1 child with breakfast is the same. As an exception they didn't charge for the breakfast, though informed that next time, we will need to pay. For me it is NO NEXT TIME, never stayed in a hotel
with unclear policy.

Good location, friendly staff.
No balconies.
Perfect hotel close to the airport.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast is a little expensive but very good. There's a wide selection and food at breakfast.
There's an option to ask for an early breakfast if your flight is very early in the morning.
Parking lot is not free.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The restaurant is very nice as is the bar. Early breakfast was wonderful. Night staff was average, no problems but often unavailable in person at the desk. The morning staff was often unpleasant, rushed and unwilling to help. We had a refrigerator that did not get cold and they claimed there was no one there to bring a working fridge until after 2 days! When you have a personal need for an in room, private refrigerator it is disturbing. We made do. The shuttle drivers were on time. Next time, Airport Hilton

Location next to the airport
We booked a 2 rooms for five people, but were given only two king-size beds, with no option to add an extra bed.
We were also very disappointed to find that almost every facility came at an additional cost — including parking (!!), access to the pool, and the water park. These extra charges were not clear to us when we made the booking and significantly affected our overall experience.
