Truly grateful for exceptional kindness
Pros:

I booked RIN Airport Hotel for my 74-year-old mother, who was travelling alone from Ukraine to Canada through Bucharest Otopeni Airport. After a long and exhausting trip, she became confused at the airport and could not find the hotel shuttle.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Cristian, the Guest Relation Manager. He showed extraordinary kindness and personal care. Instead of only giving directions, he personally went with the shuttle driver to the airport to find my mother and bring her safely to the hotel.

For our family, this meant everything. My mother was scared and alone, and Cristian treated her with patience, compassion, and genuine human warmth.

Thank you, Cristian, and thank you to the RIN Airport Hotel team. Your kindness will never be forgotten. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travellers who may need a little extra care.

Pros:

Excellent stay, as usual. If you have kids, ask for a room on the first floor. The shuttle is always a great service, we use it every time.

Cons:

They charged extra for a second person, unusual for someone coming from the US, but that's probably just standard in Europe.

Excellent hotel near the airport.
Pros:

Everything was fine. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was perfect and they provided slippers which not many hotels do, but I find that quite important because it is not something expensive.

Cons:

The fact that I had to pay for the parking separately from the room. It was not very expensive though
