Location was good for what we needed
The one staff member available at the desk was not welcoming in any way. No information was given about our stay or the hotel. When I enquired about a late check out we were simply told no, I questioned this as I had read otherwise. In the morning another unwelcoming member of staff did tell us we were able to check out 2 hours later. He was very friendly he just forgot to tell his face.
Proximity to airport. Clean, spacious room, quiet, nice facilities.
Would have been better to have mosquitoes screen at the windows.
Very close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle. Clean and comfortable stay with a nice pool.
We had to book the option with breakfast included, making it $262 USD after taxes. Absolutely not worth the price. The breakfast is so terrible we couldn’t eat any of it.

Service was excellent and facilities were lovely.
Only challenge was the temperature of the room. It took hours before the room was comfortable. It eventually did cool down enough, but that was the only complaint.
L’emplacement, la propreté, le restaurant, le personnel. Très bel hôtel d’aéroport.
La navette pour l’aéroport ne circule qu’une fois par heure et ne peut pas prendre beaucoup de monde. Le chauffeur ne vérifie pas les noms de sorte que même si vous réservez d’avance votre place, vous n’êtes pas certain de monter. Enfin, le chauffeur n’offre aucune aide pour les bagages.
La douillette du lit king est trop étroite, ie., plutôt de format lit double.
