Doing a roadtrip across country and needed a place for my family to rest. My fiance just had a major surgery on his ankle and calf and was completely ignored and walked past multiple times when waiting for someone to help us get a room. Ended up leaving. Would not recommend.
comfortable beds and great air conditioner!! It was nice and clean throughout the hotel and the staff members we meet were professional and friendly, as well as helpful. we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area. 10/10
honestly the only thing I didn't care for was breakfast, and not because of the quality of the food, everything was prepared and displayed wonderfully. It just wasn't the kind of breakfast we are used to.

This hotel is desperately in need of renovation. The chair fabric had holes in it, the carpet in the hallway and room had stains everywhere, and the baseboard in the bathroom was destroyed. In addition my sheets had hairs and other debris all over them so the cleanliness standards were poor. With so many other hotels in the Denver area, I would not recommend this one. The town Parker was absolutely adorable.
Spacious room, large beds, great breakfast.
I wanted towel and trash service each day. I asked the front desk and the customer service text message but the request was not filled easily.
Staff was amazing!!
Hotel room was nice and clean but…hotel needs a makeover. Carpet in hallways smells musty and dirty & needs replacing. Hotel bathroom has wallpaper coming off due to humidity in bathrooms. Lastly, when we checked in we weren’t treated as diamond members and had to go back and request waters which should have been provided at check-in. Desk person never apologized but did request my room number. Wouldn’t stay here again.

A little run down.
Rooms were very noisy, could hear everything around us including coughing, walking, washing hands.....everything. Older hotel. Staff was nice.
The staff were very nice. The breakfast was as you’d expect (same as all other similar hotels). The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious.
The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs stuck on the walls. There were more hairs on the floor where the tub meets the floor. The shelf in the shower had soap residue on it. The baseboards were really dirty.
I talked to the front desk, and the guy there was horrified and very apologetic. He told me he’d contact housekeeping immediately and they’d clean the room. As we headed out, he reassured me that he’d let them know. He was very helpful.
When we got back to the room that afternoon, nothing had been done.
I look at reviews for cleanliness, and this property has good reviews in that regard. That’s why I booked rooms here. Maybe it was just that room.
The eating area is very comfy and inviting.
Food was average. Ran out of gravy for biscuits and did not provide more gravy.
On checkin, bathroom was in middle of repair to replace facet. Tools everywhere. U.nable to nap due to repairmen coming later to finish work. Next day bathroom floor was flooded by leak under vanity pipes. Service staff not available immediately to fix leak and hotel unable to move us to another room so had to deal with water mess and repairwork in late afternoon. Due to using booking.com hotel staff was unable to adjust bill for plumbing issueS. Told that booking.com was responsible to adjust bill.
