NEVER AGAIN, HILTON!
Pros:

Because Hilton hotels have adopted a “we only clean your room upon request” policy, I made sure to tell the front desk upon check-in that I want daily maid service. Not only didn’t that happen, but many other things started to add up as annoyances on my week-long stay. The hotel’s condition over all is one that needs updates, painting, maintenance, and repairs. When I asked for a hairdryer, it was as if they were unfamiliar with the request. While every other hotel I stay in has one in the room, they had to “go find one somewhere” adding that they “aren’t real great”. Due to a small fire that broke out one morning due to a microwave malfunction in someone’s room, it’s possible that their microwaves “aren’t real great” either. While the morning breakfast was pretty good, there was always a woman who set up a laptop and spoke loudly on the phone daily. Everyone could hear the entire convo because she also put her phone on speaker! So rude and disruptive. It was especially astonishing when i found out she was the manager of the hotel! When I asked her about it, she said she likes doing business in that spot rather than her office (???) When a major snow storm happened, the parking lot was never plowed and the steps and walkways were not shoveled. I suggested to the front desk that they at least shovel the steps and sidewalks and apply salt after I nearly fell. This was never done and as a result, all the slush froze overnight making it dangerous for me to get to my car as I couldn’t get footing as there were no flat surfaces to walk on. The photo is after a day of melting. Only one side of the steps had a handrail - the side with the frozen slush. I had to hang on to some branches on the flatter, yet icy, side of the steps. From seemingly simple requests to rude and even dangerous situations, I’m determined to NEVER AGAIN STAY AT A HILTON PROPERTY.

We did a 2 day trip to Parker to play the Emerald Canyon golf course.
Pros:

We checked in late and the room was very nice. The breakfast was perfect for us. We golfed at Emerald Canyon and this hotel was perfect to stay and then golf the next day.

Cons:

I booked with booking.com and I got booked at Parker, CO instead of Parker, AZ.

Best stay and I stay just because I like it here.
Pros:

Breakfast had a nice variety. Staff is beyond kind and I always feel like royalty when I check in!! It's my mini vacation whenever I stay here.

Cons:

If I could have stayed longer...

Paid way too much for nothing but a matress

Cons:

We book late after our brothers funeral. We were tired and emotional. First gentleman at the desk was distracted and didn't care. When trying to relax the hot tub was out of order. We only stayed 6 hours before checking out. At check out something about charging us too much was an issue and he wouldn't let us leave. We had to get one the road back to wisconsin and we didn't understand why. While waiting we weren't offered anything. Not even a sympathy apology for the loss of our brother. We didn't get breakfast either so just was a waste.

Road noise on freeway side. Was moved to front of hotel much better. Hotel is really showing its age. Door to hallway had gaps. Rooms dated. Really needs a upgrade

I would recommend it, and I would stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent! 25-30 minutes to the airport. All amenities close by. The bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

Just your typical hotel! Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing terrible either!!
I was there for 5 nights and house keeping didn’t come by until the last day. I took out my own trash and chased down a cleaning cart for toilet paper!! Texts for more toilet paper went unanswered. But it was over Christmas so I believe there was just a skeleton crew working!

Not worth the price
Pros:

It was very close to the hospital my son was at and I didn't check in until almost 1am so they gave us a 12pm check out time.

Cons:

We got to the room it had a very musky smell my bed had hair in the sheets so I slept on top of the blankets, there was left over food(snacks from the previous person in the room in the cabinet under the TV. If we had not been so exhausted I would have complained but we had been in the hospital with my son and we just wanted sleep.
